V	Valím Pálím on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vysoká cena za produkty, přijde mi že když jsem si nechtěl koupit, ale jen nasbírat informace abych se mohl lépe rozhodnout, které hodinky jsou pro mě nejvhodnější,ztratili o mě během vteřiny zájem, okamžitě se prodavač začal dívat jinam, jako by mi naznačoval abych už šel. V prodejně jsme byli celkem 2 zákazníci. Nakonec jsem nekoupil, zjistil jsem nadsazené ceny i o 3tis. We had a total of 2 customers in the store. In the end, I did not buy, I found the exorbitant prices by 3 thousand.

Kupovala jsem manželovi Garminy Fenix 6 PRO, ale neseděli mu velikostně, tudíž jsme hodinky měnily za jiný typ. Jakmile hodinky dorazili na prodejnu, tak nám volala slečna, že je všechno v pořádku, a že není problém s výměnou za jiný kus. Žádnou neochotu a aroganci ze strany jejich personálu jsem vůbec nezaznamenala. Byli velice příjemní a ochotní. Celkový přístup hodnotím velmi kladně. Hello. I did not notice any reluctance or arrogance on the part of their staff. They were very nice and helpful. I evaluate the overall approach very positively.

Také jsem při nákupu hodinek Garmin 6S pro manželku, byl nucen hodinky vrátit po měsíci kvůli nevyhovující velikosti. Ikdyž jsem se nevlezl do 14-ti denní lhůty, tak obsluha na prodejně neměla žádný problém a byla k tomu všemu ještě příjemná a vstřícná. Peníze za hodinky mi okamžitě vrátili v hotovosti a proto nemůžu říct ani půl slova k jednání ze strany Hodinky-365. Nemůžu nic jiného než doporučit tohoto prodejce hodinek. (Sám jsem si ještě u nich pořídil Fenix 6X a jsem nad míru spokojený) :-) When reading a negative review regarding the return of goods, I must also respond like Mrs. Lasáková. Although I didn't fit in within the 14-day period, the staff at the store had no problem and were still pleasant and helpful. The money for the watch was immediately returned to me in cash, so I can't say even half a word of action on the part of Hodinky-365. I can only recommend this watch seller. (I also bought a Fenix 6X from them myself and I am extremely satisfied) :-)
C	Chose Mario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud zákazníci hodnotí 5 hvězdami, že jim objednané zboží přes internet bylo doručeno do týdne a nebylo poškozené, tak hodnotí očekávaný standard. Celkové hodnocení obchodu je pak nic nevypovídající hodnota. Varuji před nákupem zboží přes internet u toho prodejce a doporučuji přečíst si nejprve záporná hodnocení zákazníků spolu s reakcí na ně. Záporná hodnocení se točí kolem jedné věci a to reklamace nebo vrácení zboží v zákonné lhůtě do 14 dnů. To byl i můj případ, kdy jsem chtěl odstoupit po 5 dnech od kupní smlouvy a zboží jsem jel osobně vrátit na prodejnu do Ostravy. Arogance, neochota k jednání, hledání důvodů nepřevzetí zboží. Prodejce má dvě verze obchodních podmínek!!! Obchodní podmínky zaslané spolu s objednaným zbožím mi vrácení s instalovaným Garmin Topo-voucherem umožňují. Dle druhých obchodní podmínek na webu to ale možné není. Upozornil jsem na tuto skutečnost prodejce, ale opět nezájem. Zákaznická zkušenost v mém případě odpovídá té 1 hvězdě. Mám hodinky a fungují. This was also my case when I wanted to withdraw from the purchase contract 5 days later and I went to the store in person to the store in Ostrava. Arrogance, unwillingness to act, finding reasons for not taking over the goods. The seller has two versions of the terms and conditions !!! The business conditions sent together with the ordered goods allow me to return with an installed Garmin Topo-voucher. However, according to the second terms and conditions on the website, this is not possible. I pointed this out to the seller, but again not interested. The customer experience in my case corresponds to that 1 star. I have a watch and it works. I bought another watch elsewhere.
