This repair shop is really tragic. When replacing the battery, they damaged the metal watch's watch by unprofessional intervention, they wanted to pay for its subsequent repair and they behaved quite arrogantly. I definitely do not recommend this repair shop to anyone !!!

You will not be able to reach this establishment and when you arrive, I want a 2x2 cm card with a number as in a satin ball for you .... and if you show it on your mobile, it is not enough. The owner is said to archive the card. I said the type of watch, color, but Mr. owner simply clings to archiving the ticket with the number. I note that I can easily produce such a letter, and then I would like to see if they release my watch. To sum up, underlined - never again. Here it is simply a comedy like in the last century.

I used to go here very much, actually we had all the jewels, watches, wedding rings, earrings for my daughter from there, so I went out of habit here again. The Lord had a bad day, and he had given me away, apparently not worth the customers. It was strange to spend money and not to be served, until now I am amazed by the owner's unwillingness, apparently not looking for a lucrative business from mother to parent. I chose the ring and the gold earrings in front of the competition. Unfortunately, I do not even replace the watch battery ... ?

Better not ... Repair in the order of lower thousands of crowns and the owner / seller / salesman has "enough important things" [end quote] than the customer / willingness / profit? Take your money to other places where they want it and are willing to offer adequate value. ;-)

I needed to buy a watch quickly according to very specific requirements. I have to say that I have not experienced such a willing seller for a long time. He willingly showed me everything, explained, replaced the strap for another for free. He adjusted the time, wrapped everything in a gift and got a little gift to buy. Absolutely super access and it certainly wasn't my last purchase here.

I just wanted to replace the digital flashlight (I normally changed it myself, but this time I decided to install it straight). The first surprise was that the four screws and the insertion of a new battery needed an hour but ok. When I came for them, Mrs. Mecka had told me that my watch was waterproof up to 200 meters, but they do not have equipment here, so I only have to swim, not in the depths. I suppose she was talking about a watertight test I did not want. Then she said about 279 crowns. I said I was stupid to have not changed my flashlight myself and went home. I keep my watch all the time, so even in the shower. What was my surprise the next day, when I found the glass inside a blur. When I arrived at 9:55 pm in front of the shop, the watchmaker just picked up a sign there - so I wanted to tell him why I was coming. I was very arrogantly interrupted, opening at ten and let me come to ten. Then he locked me in front of my nose. They opened again after three minutes. My money returned after the claim. When I looked at my watch, I found that the watchmaker had treated the gaskets with some grease, but he did not dare clean the dirt that had been deposited in the watch before the gasket and on the gaskets for years, and the gaskets were back in place with scrapes of dirt. They logically broke leaks, and water came in. After cleaning the watch and the seal, everything is again watertight. In a nutshell: Absolutely incompetent, arrogant, dear and still lie about the leak test.

Today, 20.12.2021, I needed to shorten the metal stroke on my new watch. I remembered the Sklář watchmaking, from which the whole family has a watch. I arrived at 12:30 and although they have an official opening time of 9-18 without interruption, a small, handwritten sign on the door, a lunch break of 12-13. Ok, I understand that lunch is a must, but would it be a problem to include a lunch break in the opening hours so that one can count on it? Nothing, I went to the Hungry Baguette Window, I'll come later. I'll come to the watch at 12:55 to wait. 13:00 nothing. 13:05 nothing. I pick up the phone and call the phone, nothing. 13:10 (I'm not waiting alone) still nothing. I'm leaving in disgust. This company can be as good and careful as it wants, but if the operator is not able to keep the working hours even as he arbitrarily adjusts it himself and does not answer the phone when customers step in front of the store in the cold, then it is not recommended.
