Very flexible and fast help when the transport company DPD did not deliver the consignment as it should - sent by another company quickly and willingly. Many thanks for the helpfulness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rychlý e-shop, což je naprosto skvělý. Ale poslali mi jiné produkty, což se samozřejmě může stát, když je před Vánoci a vše je hektické, ale po napsání emailu, kde je slušně žádám o napravení, mi nikdo neodepisuje. :)
Fast e-shop, which is absolutely great. But they sent me other products, which of course can happen when it's before Christmas and everything is hectic, but after writing an email, where I politely ask them for correction, no one writes me off. :)

Na e-maily nikdo neodpovídá ???
I ordered a hockey bottle for a friend. The bottle arrived in order, but the closing of the lid tore off after the second use and completely "broke", so it does not fulfill its purpose.
No one replies to emails ???
