V	Veronika Krajcovicova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V Holiday Village Martina jsem stravili s kamarady na konci cervna uz podruhe prodlouzeny vikend a bylo to naprosto super....ocenuji vybaveni kuchyne a celkove domu...nemuseli jsme se starat o zadne nadobi, vse je k dispozici, vareni a grilovani pohodlne jako doma, mycka, ktera usetri praci. Skvely je pristresek na kola, zahrada s lehatky, maly bazenek pro deti, hadice s vodou na oplachnuti kol. Nebylo nas uplne malo, potesil i uvitaci balicek a pivko pro ridice, ve smlouve bylo "mala prvni snidane", kdy jsme ani nepocitali, ze by byl k dispozici chleb, maslo apod., takze jsme vseho mel dostatek. Cena pri zaplneni celeho domecku byla na osobu luxusni, byli jsme radi za moznost zaplaceni uklidu (ktera byla v rezervacni smlouve), nemuseli jsme se o nic starat, jen jsme si uzivali fajn dny :) Protoze mame radi tohle misto a jeho okoli, urcite jsme takhle nejeli naposledi a jestli pojedeme zase Trebonsko, tak nad ubytovanim rozhodne nebudeme vahat, za nas je proverene a maximalne osvedcene :) In the Holiday Village Martina I spent with friends at the end of June longer weekend and it was absolutely great .... I appreciate the equipment of the kitchen and the whole house ... we did not have to worry about the rear doors, everything is available, cooking and grilling comfortably at home, a dishwasher that saves money. Great is a bicycle rack, a garden with sun loungers, a small pool for children, a hose with water for rinsing wheels. It wasn't quite us, he was pleased with the welcome pack and beer for the drivers, the contract was "had the first breakfast", when we did not even feel that there was bread, butter, etc., so we all had enough. The price for filling the whole house was luxurious for the person, we were glad to pay for the cleaning (which was in the reservation contract), we did not have to worry about anything, we just enjoyed great days :) Because we love this place and its surroundings, certainly we did not go like this last time and if we go Trebon again, we will definitely not hesitate about accommodation, for us it is proven and maximally proven :)
I	Ivana Pekárková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domy jsou nové, pěkně vybaveny, čisté, akorát jsou postaveny uprostřed satelitního městečka, což nás trošku zklamalo. Ale to by všechno bylo super... Jednání a poskytnuté informace byly katastrofální! Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem hledala ubytování pro 14 osob, žádala jsem o zaslání celkové ceny za pobyt na 3 noci, byla mi zaslána kalkulace s kterou jsem počítala. Až po uhrazení celého pobytu a složení peněz všech účastníků mi bylo sděleno, že za závěrečný úklid ještě navíc budou účtovat 550,- Kč, ale to ještě neuvedli, že to není celkem ale pouze za 1 dům. Tudíž nám cena pobytu najednou až po uhrazení vzrostla o 1100,- Kč!! Na stránkách dále prezentuji, že máte navíc pohoštění při příjezdu a 1. snídani zdarma. Pohoštění v pořádku, ale snídaně??? Pro 8 osob? To snad nemyslíte vážně?!? Kdybychom si nenakoupili dopředu, asi bychom se moc nenasnídali... Škoda, že u tak pěkného ubytování mají zapotřebí klamat hosty a neinformovat je o všech poplatcích při zaslání kalkulace, nebo alespoň před zaplacením pobytu... The houses are new, nicely equipped, clean, they are just built in the middle of the satellite town, which disappointed us a bit. But that would all be great ... The negotiations and the information provided were disastrous! Since I was looking for accommodation for 14 people, I asked for a total price for a stay of 3 nights, I was sent a calculation, which I expected. It was only after paying for the entire stay and depositing the money of all participants that I was informed that they would charge an additional CZK 550 for the final cleaning, but they did not say that it was not a total but only for 1 house. Therefore, the price of our stay suddenly increased by CZK 1,100 after payment !! I also present on the website that you also have refreshments on arrival and the first breakfast for free. Catering okay, but breakfast ??? For 8 people? Aren't you serious?!? If we hadn't bought in advance, we probably wouldn't have had much breakfast ... It is a pity that for such a nice accommodation they need to deceive the guests and not inform them about all the fees when sending the calculation, or at least before paying for the stay ...
P	Petra Píchová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice příjemné ubytování v novém domě s hezkým vybavením. Jako jediné mínus jsme při pobytu viděli jen jednu koupelnu spojenou se záchodem pro celý objekt. V domě se třemi ložnicemi je to přece jen málo. Komunikace s majiteli byla bezproblémová, zarazil nás jen domácí řád psaný v poměrně ostrém duchu. Na druhou stranu ale chápu snahu co nejvíce ochránit svůj majetek.. Very nice accommodation in a new house with nice equipment. As the only minus we saw only one bathroom connected to the toilet for the whole building. It's a little in the three-bedroom house. Communication with the owners was trouble-free, only the domestic order written in a rather sharp spirit stopped us. On the other hand, I understand the effort to protect my property as much as possible.
A	Adam Mikula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hledali jsme vhodné ubytování na Třeboňsku pro naši rodinku s ročními dvojčátky a pejskem, což jsme nalezli v Holiday Village Martina v Lomnici nad Lužnicí. Dům je bezbariérový, nový, čistý, velmi prostorný, dobře vybavený, oplocený s trávníkem, houpačkami a trampolínou. Obývací část domu je oddělená od klidové (spaní), takže jsme nerušili děti ve spánku.Pro naše děti nám zajistili postýlky i jídelní židličky. Na pozemku je dřevěná boudička (gril, sušák na prádlo), do které jsme si dávali kola přes noc. Auto jsme parkovali pod přístřeškem, který se dá využít pro posezení pokud prší. Mile nás potěšil uvítací balíček, jelikož jsem nestihla nakoupit. V Lomnici se nachází výborná pekárna, zmrzllina a potraviny. Restaurace jsme nevyužili, grilovali jsme. Poloha domu se nachází v klidné části obce, kam vjíždí auty jen ti, co tam bydlí, tudíž nás nerušili projíždějící kamiony Lomnicí. S ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Cenová kalkulace byla rozepsaná a obsahovala vše, včetně závěrečného úklidu a poplatku za psa. Mohu jen doporučit. We were looking for suitable accommodation in Třeboňsko for our family with yearly twins and dog, which we found in Holiday Village Martina in Lomnice nad Lužnicí. The house is wheelchair accessible, new, clean, very spacious, well equipped, fenced with lawn, swings and trampoline. The living area of the house is separated from the rest (sleeping), so we did not disturb the children in their sleep.For our children we provided cots and highchairs. There is a wooden shed on the plot (grill, clothes dryer), into which we put bicycles overnight. We parked the car under a shelter, which can be used for sitting if it rains. We were pleased with the welcome pack, because I didn't buy it. In Lomnica there is an excellent bakery, ice cream and food. We did not use the restaurant, we grilled. The location of the house is located in a quiet part of the village, where only those who live there are driving in, so the Lomnice trucks did not disturb us. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The pricing was broken down and contained everything, including final cleaning and dog fees. I can only recommend.

Inside you can find everything you need for pleasant staying: fully equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms, spacious yard with plenty of toys and facilities for kids and adults, free Wi-Fi. In real life it looks exactly like at pictures, and when you discover all small extras, it becomes even better. Very helpful staff, always there for you, if any question arises - it instantly resolved. Perfect location for countryside vacation, only 10 minutes drive to Trebon and half an hour to Ceske Budejovice.

The house is located in a nice small village and there's a supermarket and bakery (etc.) nearby. Our hosts were very friendly and did far more than expected to make us feel like home and we got a lot of suggestions for day trips etc. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we highly recommend this holiday home.
