Kdyz nam prislo uplne nesmyslne vyuctovani za vodu (319m3 za pul roku a 37tis korun celkove za rok) tak jsme se obratili prave na Homefin s prosbou o pomoc. Konkretne pani Mahamidova, nas pripravila o dva tydny zivota tim, ze nam stale jen opakovala, ze to musime zaplatit nebo si nechat za ruzne nemale priplatky cosi vyzkouset. Navic je opravdu, ale opradu velmi agresivne aroganti. Kdyz jsem se zeptala, jestli nahodou nevi, jestli neco technik dokaze zjistit zpetne, tak mi odpovedela, ze neni vedma. Kdyz jsem ja uz z komunikace a ni byla zoufala, tak volal manzel, na ktereho opravdu kricela do telefonu a ze co vlastne po ni chceme, ze voda proste odtekla a tecka. Vse se nam nakonec podarilo vyresit lehce pres milou pani primo od dodavatele. Pokud tedy pani Mahamidova jedna takhle s kazdym zakaznikem, tak je pro Homefin velkou ostudou. Na schuzi budeme velmi lobovat za to, abysme prestali sluzby Homefinu vyuzivat.

When we received a completely meaningless bill for water (319 m3 for half a year and 37 thousand crowns in total for a year), we turned to Homefin with a request for help. In particular, Mrs. Mahamidova deprived us of two weeks of life by constantly repeating to us that we have to pay or have something to try for various considerable surcharges. In addition, he is really, but I really like very aggressive arrogants. When I asked if she happened to know if the technician could find out anything retrospectively, she replied that she was not aware. When I was out of communication and she was desperate, my husband called, and she really shouted at the phone and what we really wanted from her, that the water just flowed away and flowed. In the end, we managed to solve everything easily through a nice lady directly from the supplier. So if Mrs. Mahamidova has one like this with every customer, it is a great disgrace for Homefin. At the meeting, we will be very lobbying to stop using Homefin's services.

Obzvlášť musím vyzdvihnout práci paní Mahamidové, které na správě domů opravdu záleží a vždy se snaží nájemníkům vyjít vstříc. Mám ráda obchodní partnery, s kterými když se na něčem dohodnu, tak to platí. A tady jsem na správné adrese. Doporučuji.
