Podczas pobytu zepsuto zamek w drzwiach przez co musieliśmy pozostać około 2h siedząc w środku nocy na wycieraczce dzwoniąc pod jedyny podany numer, który jak się okazało bym kontaktem do restauracji a nie do właściciela. Po skontaktowaniu się z właścicielem musieliśmy czekać na jego przyjazd około 30 min. Pan oburzony bez słowa wziął od nas klucz myśląc ze drzwi otworzy, co niestety się mu nie udało ani od zewnątrz ani od wewnątrz. Bez słowa przeprosin ani wyjaśnienia powiedział ze mamy sobie przejść przez restaurację, a na wiadomość że chcemy opuścić lokum bardzo się zdziwił i zdenerwował. Gdy wspomnieliśmy o zwrocie kosztów albo jakiejkolwiek rekompensacie zaczął być agresywny, wykłócać się, krzyczeć po nas oraz insynuować ze prawdopodobnie zepsuty zamek to nasza wina i to my powinnismy zapłacić jemu, co jeszcze bardziej utwierdziło nas w przekonaniu ze nie chcemy zostać w tym miejscu. Finalnie otrzymaliśmy zwrot ceny wynajmu za resztę dni pobytu (bez pierwszego dnia). Ponadto obsługa telefoniczna i kontakt z klientem przed przyjazdem również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Ostrzegam i nie polecam. I do not recommend the accommodation offered by the facility. During the stay the door lock was broken so we had to stay about 2 hours sitting in the middle of the night on a doormat, calling the only number provided, which as it turned out would be contact to the restaurant and not to the owner. After contacting the owner we had to wait for his arrival about 30 minutes. The outraged Lord without a word took the key from us thinking that the door would open, which unfortunately he failed neither from the outside nor from the inside. Without a word of apology or explanation, he said that we should go through the restaurant, and at the message that we want to leave the premises he was very surprised and upset. When we mentioned the reimbursement or any compensation, he began to be aggressive, argue, shout at us and insinuate that probably a broken castle is our fault and we should pay him, which further confirmed us in the belief that we do not want to stay in this place. Finally, we received a refund of the rental price for the rest of the stay (without the first day). In addition, telephone service and customer contact prior to arrival also leave much to be desired. I warn you and do not recommend.

I can only say positive things ... The rooms are as described, clean and everything worked wonderfully, from arrival to departure ...
