★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu šťastný nákup v perfektním obchodě. Pokoušel jsem se najít hrnec Staub 24 cm 4,8l nikde ho neměli, až zde. Informace, že je skladem jsem bral s rezervou, ale skutečně objednávka potvrzena a hned info od DPD, že ho vezou. Po obdržení velké zklamání jelikož dorazil jiný hrnec. Ihned jsem volal, vzal mi to příjemný pán a řekl, že se na to podívá a vyřeší. No a on skutečně v řádu minut po mém emailu s informací co se stalo, mi ihned napsal, že došlo k omylu a ihned posílají správný hrnec. Na dotaz jak odeslat ten nesprávný, mi poslal štítek do zásilkovny. Hrnec dorazil hned druhý den, aniž by čekal na odeslání mého. Opravdu slušný a vstřícný obchod. Přes prvotní zklamání, rychlý obrat k úsměvu. Chci poděkovat, že slušní obchodníci a obchody fungují a co píší, že mají skladem, skutečně skladem mají. Doporučuji i přes malý problém, neskutečná rychlost nápravy a doručení.
 Really happy shopping in the perfect store. I was trying to find a Staub 24 cm 4.8l pot, they didn't have it anywhere until here. I took the information that it was in stock with a reservation, but the order was actually confirmed and immediately info from DPD that they were taking it. After receiving a big disappointment as another pot arrived. I called immediately, the nice gentleman took it from me and said that he would look into it and solve it. Well, in a few minutes after my email with information about what happened, he immediately wrote me that an error had occurred and they immediately sent the correct pot. When asked how to send the wrong one, he sent me a label to the courier. The pot arrived the next day without waiting for mine to be sent. Really decent and helpful business. Despite the initial disappointment, a quick turn to a smile. I want to thank you that decent traders and shops work and what they write they have in stock, they really have in stock. I recommend despite the small problem, the incredible speed of correction and delivery.
