P	Pajout Pajout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak jsem asi teda jedinej kdo je nespokojený. Ale mám k tomu důvod. Byl jsem objednám na olej a nějakej borec od nich si zapsal jinej čas než jsem měl já. Prijel jsem tam, borci byli na mě naštvaný . Nakonec mě olej udělali ale nevyměnili mě filtr od Dct. Nechtělo se jim povolovat 1 šroubej od padáků který zavazel. Takže ochota 0. So I'm probably the only one who is dissatisfied. But I have a reason for that. I was ordering oil and some guy from them wrote down a different time than I had. I arrived there, the guys were mad at me. Eventually they made me oil but they didn't change my Dct filter. They did not want to loosen 1 screw from the parachutes which he was binding. So willingness 0.

Komunikace před nákupem byla výborná, při nákupu taktéž vč. následné reklamace na místě zakoupených rukavic (měly drobnou vadu). Děkuji! We bought Honda CB500X here, we went for it from far away. Bohužel během následující jízdy mi začal unikat olej na vozovku v důsledku nedotažení výpustného šroubu. Naštěstí, jsem si toho všiml zavčas a vypnul jsem okamžitě motor. Motorku jsem nechal odvézt do firmy Velsbike na opravu. Hlavou se mi honily otázky: „Co teď, uznají mi to? Nebudou se vytáčet?“ Opak byl pravdou! Druhý den se mi zaměstnanec firmy Ondra Landa omluvil a majitel firmy Aleše Balabán mne telefonicky ujistil, že vše bude v pořádku. Nechal vyměnit i to, co nebylo z odborného hlediska potřeb a včetně zadní pneumatiky. Navíc jsem dostal písemné ujištění výměny za novou motorku, pokud by se závada projevovala i nadále a k tomu navíc bonus 10 000 Kč na služby a zboží v jeho obchodě. Chápu, že udělat chybu může každý, ale ne každý ji přizná. Právě proto mám i nadále v tuto firmu velkou důvěru a děkuji oběma pánům za jejich férový přístup. Motorka jezdí skvěle a já se už těším na novou sezónu! I really didn't expect that! I had the motorcycle taken to Velsbike for repair. Questions raced through my head: "What now, will they recognize me? Won't they dial? ”The opposite was true! The next day, an employee of Ondra Landa apologized to me, and the owner of the company, Aleš Balabán, assured me by phone that everything would be fine. He also had what was not professionally replaced, including the rear tire. In addition, I received a written assurance of an exchange for a new motorcycle if the defect continued to manifest itself, as well as a bonus of CZK 10,000 for services and goods in his shop. I understand that everyone can make a mistake, but not everyone will admit it. That is why I still have great confidence in this company and I thank both gentlemen for their fair approach. The bike rides great and I'm already looking forward to the new season!

Perfektní komunikace a velice profesionální přístup. I solved the problem on the motorcycle first via e-mail and advised how they could. Pan Hořava sympatický pán, vše mi vysvětlil, ukázal a já odcházel s výborným pocitem. Při finálním předáním veškeré instrukce od pana Landy rovněž velmi důležité při zajíždění motorky. První servis po 1000 km na jedničku, otázka hodiny práce (sympatický mechanik), dokonce jsem zpět dostal umytou a čistou motorku (tohle se sakra cení). Takhle by měl vypadat a fungovat prodej/servis a vůbec přístup k zákazníkovi, tady to rozhodně prodejem nekončí, ale začíná. Pochvala a poděkování těmto pánům: Pavel Hořava Ondřej Landa Mechanik - jméno nevím :-) Jsou to výborní pánové a vědí, co dělají a proč to dělají! More than 100% satisfaction for me.
