★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horní či též Velkou bránu tvoří jednopatrová renesanční budova s obnoveným sgrafitem. V minulosti to byly dvě průjezdné věže po obou stranách příkopu (vnitřní byla 1833 odstraněna). Gotická brána renesančně upravená v roce 1629 získala v roce 1814 mansardovou střechu a v roce 1944 byl vypracován projekt pro obytné účely.
The upper or Great Gate consists of a one-storey Renaissance building with restored sgraffito. In the past, there were two transit towers on either side of the moat (the inner one was removed in 1833). The Gothic gate, renovated in the Renaissance style in 1629, received a mansard roof in 1814, and in 1944 a residential project was developed.
