B	Bobo Petr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné prostředí v údolí Jizery. Ubytování krásné, vše čisté a v perfektním stavu. Chválím i nové sociální zařízení, které bylo stále čisté i přesto, že na chatě bylo 45 svatebnich hostů. A velké poděkování panu Hočivarovi, jeho ženě a Nele. Tak velkou ochotu se vším pomoci si zaslouží palec nahoru ? Beautiful surroundings in the Jizera valley. Accommodation beautiful, everything clean and in perfect condition. I also praise the new bathroom, which was still clean even though there were 45 wedding guests in the cottage. And a big thank you to Mr. Hochivar, his wife and Nela. Such a great willingness to help everything deserves a thumbs up ?

Pokoj jsem rezervovala začátkem března, kdy jsem koncem stejného měsíce pro jistotu volala majiteli, zda moji rezervaci obdržel v pořádku. A dle jeho slov obdržel, tudíž jsme se několik týdnu těšili na náš pobyt. Každopádně kdybych opět tento měsíc nevolala Panu majiteli s jistou otázkou ohledně pobytu, ani bych nevěděla, že žádný pokoj údajně zarezervovaný nemáme. Domluva opravdu špatná, e-mail s odpovědí by se dal zkrátit na dvě slova; ,,sorry jako”. Očividně s hokejovým klubem byl větší kšeft. Kdybych nevolala, radostně bych s přáteli na chatu za pár týdnu přijela a teprve tam zjistila, že se podle slov majitele stala chyba na ubytovacím portálu. Kdyby mi ji alespoň sám po telefonu nepotvrdil… Jak snadno se dá zkazit dovolená pár studentům, děkujeme za to. I can't help but write a really negative review. I booked the room at the beginning of March, when at the end of the same month I called the owner to make sure he received my reservation in order. And according to him, he received, so we looked forward to our stay for several weeks. In any case, if I did not call the owner again this month with a question about my stay, I would not even know that we have no room allegedly booked. The agreement is really bad, the e-mail with the answer could be shortened to two words; "sorry like". Apparently there was more business with the hockey club. If I didn't call, I would gladly come to the cottage with my friends in a few weeks and only then found out that, according to the owner, there was a mistake on the accommodation portal. If only he didn't confirm it on the phone himself… How easy it is to ruin a holiday for a few students, thank you for that.

Unfortunately during the weekend when we stayed there were loud guests at the Chata who drank alcohol outside and played loud music from their car, at night. The music was heard from our room and a few hundred meters into the forest. They basically behaved as if it was their private area and didn't care about anyone. The staff of Chata Sport Ski did nothing. If the staff don't control such behaviour of their guests and don't care about people staying in other houses, then in my opinion Chata Sport Ski does not deserve visiting.
