We rented the lower house for a week. The house is in one bad state. The stairs to the upper floor are very dangerous, several steps are not firm. The beds and mattresses are through and not comfortable. The kitchen was small and in poor condition. Water runs out and pushes up from the floor and the carpet was always totally wet. Probably the water pipes and connections underneath are broken as it is the drain from the bathroom and kitchen in one. The worst thing is when someone is still showering because the water pushes up a lot. One cannot speak of cleanliness in this object. Various kitchen appliances should have been cleaned before. The "whirlpool" water was very dirty and some parts were swimming around in it. And then you pay extra for that. We didn't use the sauna. There is one point because the outdoor area and garden are very well maintained. Unfortunately, this house cannot be recommended.

The house is in a relatively poor, structural condition. The stairs to the upper floor are very dangerous because they are very steep, short steps and various steps are not firm. In winter there is electricity heating, which wasn't exactly a bargain. The beds were OK. The kitchen was small but adequate. Cleanliness was unfortunately not so important here. Various kitchen appliances should have been cleaned. The most disgusting thing was the "whirlpool". We smelled the water at a fish market. And you pay extra for that. We didn't use the sauna. So I can't say anything about it. In addition, parking on the property was not possible, although it was in the description. We will definitely not go on vacation here again.

Although I don't like it, I'm forced to write a not very flattering review of accommodation. The communication with the owner before the accommodation itself was more or less without much interest. Upon arrival, we could not miss the dirty shower, greasy and dirty dishes and creaking, short stairs, which were almost impossible to walk (let alone with a newborn in his arms or car seat). We paid extra for a whirlpool tub for 1000 CZK per weekend. Unfortunately, even the whirlpool bath smelled and I don't want to know how long the water wasn't changed. It is heated by electric heaters - completely cost-effective. The final handover of the cottage was the icing on the cake - an old broken glass of 70, - because now the gentleman has to buy the whole set and he still doesn't know where to get it. (in his words) To do this, you get a lecture on how to clean up next time - which is funny, given the state of the chat. Positives - clean, fragrant beds, sauna, TV in every room, perfect Wi-Fi connection, towels, hair dryer, the owner was willing to postpone the time of our departure to 12am. The overall impression is below average and I do not recommend the cottage.

Holiday was thanks to the landlord completely in the A ***. Never again: it couldn't be worse.

The price does not correspond at all to the service offered, so excessively expensive... Sauna is more of a joke, it would be more honest to say "a warm-up cabin" in the description. Landlord is anything but nice and polite... The house rules do not state that you are not allowed to listen to the music on the jukebox at a medium volume outside. We asked extra when we arrived: the answer was "until 10 p.m. no problem")) At 1 p.m. we are at the pool with children and turn on the jukebox: after half an hour the landlord appears and, very aggressive and screaming, asks us to turn off the music. Is it still possible?!?! So privacy isn't even mentioned here... House (#3) needs renovation. Better keep your hands off it, especially for the price!!!

There is a big difference which cottage you go to. We had chat 1 in 2019 for a week at Christmas. It is older, such for the undemanding. Possibility to rent a whirlpool (in the cottage outside the house). Cottage 3 is the newest, in operation since 2020 (we were the first visitors). Unfortunately, the wellness was not yet open outside the cottage. Only sauna in the bathroom. The cottage has a dishwasher, dryer and almost anything you can think of. Ideal for 2 families in winter, quiet in summer 3. Cottage 2 we visited this year and is almost identical to cottage 3. Only the dishwasher is missing. The big + is that in a couple there is a whirlpool and a sauna (and some strengthening) in the house, so you don't have to run. 2 and 3 are on the same plot, so if the second visitor has a dog, it is possible that you will have him at home in the morning, but so far it has happened to us once in 2 years. Wifi works in all of them, unfortunately in the evening families the download sometimes moves to 2-3 Mbps, which is really not the case for some of the movies. We probably fought the signal with the other cottages. Otherwise during the day + - 20 Mbps. The owner lives a little further away, so you may occasionally meet him in the garden, someone may mind, not us, he is a nice, nice gentleman. And the fact that we returned to him for the second time this year is all-encompassing. Great surroundings for trips and walks. Possibility to visit a local hotel (food, etc.), but we did not use.
