V restauraci vám neuvaří tureckou kávu i když ji mají v nápojové lístku, protože ji nemají v čem umlít. Nechápu, jak můžou v dnešní době provozovat. Never more. There is no room in the room to open the window, there is nothing, there is no water, because they had to close the riser, because the water flowed constantly over us. The restaurant does not brew Turkish coffee, even if it is in the menu, because it has nothing to grind. I do not understand how they can operate today.

V neděli nám byla částka zvýšená o 100 kč na osobu ( uklid pokoje a převlečení postle celkem 650 na noc). Za úklid pokoje vydělal 400 kč za čtyřlůžkový pokoj. Určitě nedoporučuji ? On arrival the owner claimed that the price per night is 550. The amount he wanted to pay only on Sunday morning. On Sunday, the amount was increased by 100 CZK per person (cleaning the room and changing the bed for a total of 650 per night). He earned CZK 400 for four-bed room cleaning. Certainly do not recommend ?

Majitel/provozovatel si asi recenze o "hotelu" nečte,jinak by s tím dávno něco dělal. veškerý nábytek pokojů ,starý,nevkusný a často i nefukční. ...Do našeho pokoje téměř nešly otevřít dveře,které se asi dlouhodobě zadrhávají o koberec...na stropě žárovka bez krytu....čalounění křesel a skříně na pokoji s výraznými fleky...plesnivá lyžárna..sypající se vnitřní omítka...atd. We were here only one night to enjoy a concert on the ground floor and I would definitely not want to spend more time here. The owner / operator probably does not read reviews about "hotel", otherwise it would do something long ago. all the furniture of the rooms, old, tasteless and often inflatable. ... To our room almost did not open the door, which probably stagnate on the carpet for a long time ... on the ceiling light bulb without cover .... upholstery of chairs and cabinets in the room with strong stains ... moldy ski room..spilling interior plaster ...etc.
V	Vladimir Trhlik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úroveň ubytování i služeb strašný. Nic horšího jsem za posledních 10 let nezažil. Společná sprcha pro celé patro je málo. Na pokoji jedna skříň, ale bohužel bez raminek i bez poliček, takže prádlo není kam uložit. V restauraci prakticky nevaří. Buď nepřišel kuchař, nebo došel chleba, nebo jiná výmluva. Stravovali jsme se v okolních restauracích, kde vaří výborně. V místnosti kde se podává snídaně se povalují psí výkaly. Snídaně chudé a pořád dokola stejné, levná šunka, sýr a chleba. Hotel má úroveň maximálně dělnické ubytovny za 150 kč na noc a ne 550 kč. Cena absolutně neodpovídá tomu co zde nabízí. The level of accommodation and service terrible. I haven't seen anything worse in the last 10 years. There is little shared shower for the entire floor. In the room one wardrobe, but unfortunately straps and shelves, so the linen is nowhere to store. The restaurant practically does not cook. Either the chef didn't come, or he ran out of bread, or another excuse. We dined in the surrounding restaurants, where they cook delicious. Dog excrement is lying in the breakfast room. Breakfast poor and always the same, cheap ham, cheese and bread. The hotel has a maximum working class hostel for 150 CZK per night and not 550 CZK. Price absolutely does not correspond to what it offers here.

M	Mateusz K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location, right in the middle of the upper part of Mala Upa! Simply everything is located within 100-200m distance from the hotel! The crew creates very friendly atmosphere and is helpful. Yes, the accomodation is rather simple and basic, but the price is accordingly lower comparing to another hotels in Mala Upa. Thank you!
a	a p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places I have visited lately. The reason - all other restaurants were full and we were hungry at the time. Leter on I understood why there was a free table in that one. 1. Service - impolite, slow, too casually dressed, bored. 2. Interior - dark, could feel tobacco smoke, some could say it was an late 80's style but it just hasn't been renewed since then. 3. Payment - cash only. 4. Food - disaster. We ordered the simpliest dishes we could imagine: soup, chips and a fried chees. Soups were much too salty and chips and cheese were cold. We've been waiting for the food for almost 30 min and there weren't many other guests during our visit. Service forgot about the cutlers. Only 2 or 3 kinds of beer (only lager) to choose and none of them was worth drinking.

Writing "Honza loves Petra" inside the wardrobe and so on. But hell, why do you need a 5 star hotel in the mountains!? The slope is literally 1 minute away. It's warm everywhere, nice beer, sweet f...all atmosphere :) it's fine.
