★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Návštěva hotelu je jako vrátit se v čase o x let :) Okolí bohužel neutěšené, ohniště pobourané, trošku binec....venku se dá sedět na pěkných lavičkách, jídlo bylo fajn, nelze si stěžovat, jen obsluha je pomalejší a museli jsme se upomínat, zatímco venku se kouřilo o sto šest :) Jen zlepšit to okolí a bude to super! Potencionál to určitě má a myslím, že by se hrnulo spoustu zájemců.
 A visit to the hotel is like going back in time ox years :) Unfortunately the surroundings are unhappy, the fireplace is ruined, a little binec .... you can sit outside on nice benches, the food was nice, you can't complain, only the service is slower and we had to remind ourselves while outside it was smoking for a hundred and six :) Just improve the surroundings and it will be great! It certainly has potential, and I think there would be a lot of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po mé dnešní zkušenosti už Horský Hotel Ondráš rozhodně nenavštívím. Chápu, že vzhledem ke Covid situaci mají omezené možnosti, ale čekat půl hodinu na debilní česnečku a knedlíky s uzeným, které by i moje slepá babička udělala rychleji, mi nepřijde normální. Ten polotovar je hotový během deseti minut, takže opravdu netuším, co tam pan kuchař předváděl. Pracuju v gastronomii a toto si prostě člověk nemůže dovolit. Navíc v řadě před námi nebyli žádní lidé, takže připravit dvě polévky a dvě hlavní jídla (ještě k tomu hotovky) je otázka patnácti minut max! Personál by měl zařadit alespoň trojku, protože si nedokážu představit, jak tímhle šnečím tempem fungují přes sezónu.
After my experience today, I will definitely not visit Horský Hotel Ondráš. I understand that due to the Covid situation they have limited possibilities, but waiting half an hour for moron garlic and smoked dumplings, which even my blind grandmother would make faster, does not seem normal to me. The semi-finished product is ready in ten minutes, so I really have no idea what the chef was showing there. I work in gastronomy and you just can't afford this. In addition, there were no people in line in front of us, so preparing two soups and two main dishes (cash) is a matter of fifteen minutes max! The staff should include at least three, because I can't imagine how they work at this snail's pace over the season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je škoda, že tak krásné místo už má to své bohužel za sebou! Chtělo by to pořádnou investici a člověka, který to tam povede se zájmem a láskou. Jen otázka času, kdy jim to tam spadne na hlavu. Zanedbané, bez personálu, bez kuchyně, a neskutečný bordel všude kolem. :-(
It is a pity that such a beautiful place has its behind it, unfortunately! It would take a good investment and a person to lead it there with interest and love. Just a matter of time before it hits their minds. Neglected, no staff, no kitchen, and an unbelievable mess all around. :-(
