Diely na vymenu narazniku ktory bol poskriabany a nejake listy zlomene trvalo 7mesiacov.
25.5 bolo auto hotove pripravene na vyzdvihnutie

Pan odisiel pre auto a 25min nikde ked prenho isli z recepcie vratil sa s tym ze auto neni este pripravene lebo musia rozlestit barvu. Keby syn necakal v skolke sam len s eiaditelkou tak by ma to tak nestvalo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasné a profesionální jednání pana Pavličeka nás přesvědčilo o koupi auta Mercedes! Naproti BMW, které jsme měli původně v plánu koupit, nám v Renocaru pan prodejce nebyl schopen pořádně odpovědět na otázky. Pan Pavliček nejen, že se nám ochotně věnoval, ale hlavně na základě našich požadavků pro nás vybral auto přesně na míru! Za nás 5hvězd!
Mr. Pavliček's amazing and professional behavior convinced us to buy a Mercedes car! In contrast to the BMW we originally planned to buy, the dealer in Renocar was unable to answer our questions properly. Mr. Pavliček not only willingly took care of us, but mainly based on our requirements, he chose a car exactly for us! 5 stars for us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my car that has clutch problem for two weeks, told me that it's really the clutch problem. But they cannot fix this because they don't have proper equipment. Being official Mercedes Benz dealer and lacking tolls! How that is possible? Cost me 10700 kc. For useless work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car (2008 C-Class) broke down in our holidays a few years ago, i twisted my leg the same day and I delivered the car to this MB dealership with the help of a very friendly towing service and man, I did not experience such an unfriendly behavior before in Germany ever! This dealership made me not willing to buy a Mercedes anymore. The people working there were not interested in fixing problems, plus telling me it will take a week. Yes, it was the immobilizer, and yes, this part has to be ordered from Germany, I can understand that it's not done in a day or two. Thats Ok, but the way they talked to me was not what I was expecting from Mercedes Benz, since I was a big fan of the brand before and I'm technically skilled. Man, this opened my eyes. I had to tow the car 650km to Germany, thanks to the towing service Taxi Mikulov recommended us, fixing the car in Germany was easy and cheaper.
