M	Michaela K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji jezdit do hranické nemocnice s akutním úrazem, dnes si přítel téměř uřezal palec, přijeli jsme na příjem několik dlouhých minut jsme čekali, než pan doktor vyšel z ordinace a všem v čekárně oznámil, že systém nefunguje a že se jde podívat na rentgen, zda nebo chyba tam. Čekali jsme několik desítek minut. Pan doktor se stále nevracel, při myšlence, že budeme čekat, než budou obslouženi pacienti před námi, jsme odjeli do Přerovske nemocnice, kde byl přítel přijaty téměř hned a v nemocnici si ho na týden nechají. I do not recommend going to the border hospital with an acute injury, today a friend almost cut his thumb, we arrived at the reception for a few long minutes we waited for the doctor to leave the office and told everyone in the waiting room that the system was not working and that X-ray was examined or a mistake there. We waited several tens of minutes. The doctor still did not return, thinking that we would wait for the patients in front of us to be served, we went to Přerov Hospital, where a friend was admitted almost immediately and they will keep him in the hospital for a week.
I	Irony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji používat pohotovost. Čekali jsme přes hodinu v naprosto prázdné čekárně. I do not recommend using the emergency room. We waited for over an hour in a completely empty waiting room.

B	Brigita Ročňáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesné. Čekání na ambulanci přes 4 hodiny, nemluvě o tom, že přede mnou přijali asi 12 lidí příchozích po mně. Krajně nepříjemná a protivná dáma na recepci (až máte skoro strach jí říct, co se vám stalo) mě se zraněním kolene poslala na ortopedii, což by bylo v pořádku, kdyby přijímali ambulantní případy. Sestřička z ortopedie byla vstřícná a snažila se pomoci, bohužel před objednanými pacienty mě přijmout nemohla. Po téměř dvou hodinách čekání mi madam na recepci odpověděla, že o tom ví, že na ortopedii berou jen na objednávku, ale že to chtěla zkusit. Nedoporučuji jezdit s akutním případem, který potřebujete řešit hned, radši jeďte do Olomouce, ušetříte spoustu času a především nervů. Naposledy, co jsem dobrovolně šla do nemocnice v Hranicích. Terrible. Waiting at the ambulance for over 4 hours, not to mention that about 12 people came in front of me. An extremely unpleasant and annoying lady at the reception (when you are almost afraid to tell her what happened to you) sent me to orthopedics with a knee injury, which would be fine if they accepted outpatient cases. The orthopedic nurse was helpful and tried to help, but unfortunately she could not accept me in front of the ordered patients. After almost two hours of waiting, the madam told me at the reception desk that she knew that they only took orthopedics to order, but that she wanted to try it. I do not recommend driving with an acute case, which you need to solve right away, you better go to Olomouc, you will save a lot of time and especially nerves. The last time I volunteered for the hospital in Hranice.
Z	Zuzana Haiserová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x u nich byl manžel na pohotovosti se silnými bolestmi břicha, zvracením.. Nikdy se nic nezjistilo (ani sám primář..?) a tak jsme doma vystřídali snad půlku léků na bolest. Až po aulinu a 25 kg dole došlo k prasknutí žaludečního vředu a díky bohu byl ten večer na pohotovosti snad jediný schopný starší pan doktor, který ho poslal okamžitě na potřebna vyšetření a sál. O přístupu personálu ani nemluvim,slušnost tu dávno umřela. Poslední čeho jsem tu byla svědkem, byl pan na vozíku co nemohl na nohy, ale sestra ho servala že to není její problém, ať vstane a jde domů, že ten vozík potřebuje.. Už jezdíme jedině do Olomouce. Only after the aulin and 25 kg below did the gastric ulcer rupture, and thank God, perhaps the only capable senior doctor was on standby that evening, who sent him immediately for the necessary examinations and the hall. I'm not even talking about the approach of the staff, decency died a long time ago. The last thing I witnessed here was a man in a wheelchair who could not get to his feet, but the nurse served him that it was not her problem to get up and go home, that he needed the wheelchair .. We only go to Olomouc.
P	Pecka H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspoň, že testování na koronavirus přesunuli. Chodit se testovat k patologii byl dobrý humor. Mohli by si tam taky zkontrolovat expiraci mýdla. Ale to už by asi bylo moc složité v této nemocnici. Vrcholem však je, když Vás pošle doktor z chirurgie na oddělení čelistní do Olomouce a tam se diví, co tam děláte v záležitosti chirurgické. Vůbec je navíc nepřekvapuje nízká úroveň vzdělanosti a péče v této nemocnici. Sestra na recepci je zřejmě sama lékařem, protože vás s klidem pošle i po ordinačních hodinách na ORL a ještě vás sjede proč jste nepřišla dřív, když už... Očividně pokud je pro Vás zdraví přednější, raději se tomuto zařízení vyhněte. At least that coronavirus testing has shifted. Going to pathology testing was good humor. The highlight, however, is when a doctor from surgery sends you to the maxillofacial department in Olomouc, where they wonder what you are doing there in surgery. Moreover, they are not at all surprised by the low level of education and care at this hospital. The nurse at the reception is probably a doctor herself, because she will send you to the ENT even after office hours, and you will find out why you didn't come earlier, when ... Obviously, if health is more important for you, you better avoid this facility.
