Hospital Polyclinic Melnik - Pražská 528

In a word, SHOCKING !!! My grandmother (87 years old), who was brought here by an ambulance, was left lying on a stretcher in the reception hall in the winter. Grandmother couldn't walk and asked her sister to help her at least to the toilet, so the nurse dismissed her with the words that she would not be dragging her. So they let her lie in the hallway… She didn't even get a drink and just threw a sheet over it to protect her from the drafts. The staff did not even deal with respirators or drapes. I am absolutely disgusted and upset how someone can be so indifferent and disrespectful to an old man !!! Less than a year ago, we had to endure this hospital again when my dad's heart failed. Unfortunately, the ambulance is ordered to take patients to the nearest hospital, so Dad was taken here and the little one paid extra. The doctors only said that he was flooded, gave him a drip and did not solve it. When Dad collapsed, they didn't know what to do with him. In the end, we forced a transfer to Motol, where he really had it in 5 min.12, and fortunately he managed it in Motol after a demanding operation and a long hospitalization. I am convinced that if he remained in the hospital in Mělník, he would not be able to do it. Several of my acquaintances had similarly terrible experiences with the Mělník hospital. The level of behavior of the staff is really terrible. I'm sick of it and I hope I never have to be hospitalized here.

On April 16, 2022, I visited this hospital with a villain. It was about 10 p.m. My internal nurse let me in with words as I got there. So I explained to her that she let me go and what I wanted. I described the problem, so she said annoyingly, that the emergency was over, but that she would call a doctor. The doctor came asleep, annoying and twice warned me that the emergency room did not help me, but with acute pain she must have treated me. Unfortunately, she laughed with the words that the villain is not threatening and that I am going to the threshold. I never thought a doctor could fire you even when the emergency room was closed. Helping probably doesn't work, or I probably wasn't prosperous. First aid was not provided for detention.

The blonde lady on the second floor is pretty arrogant ? I'm waiting here and I politely asked if I could go earlier because I'm only here because of the paper, I got a scumbag here, another lady comes over and knocks her stamp and she goes away? Sorry but yikes

Many thanks to MUDr. Petr Vožeh for an amazing and professional approach. I went to the doctors with diarrhea for two years, and everyone concluded that it was mental. Only MUDr. P.Vožeh solved my problem with his care. I would like to thank him very much and I wish there were more such doctors. Anna Hájková Štětí.

I wouldn't give a star if I could. In this facility, I received treatment that was arrogant and so vulgar that I filed a complaint. I do not recommend this private hospital for me and it would be nice if it was not a catchment hospital where the emergency room transports patients. You will certainly not receive any quality care or treatment here, and despite the repeated disagreement, they will terrorize you with (in) care in their department - a recent experience in surgery. In the end, I escaped and got treated in another facility, where I received quality care and a human approach, which the Mělník Hospital had never heard of from the express train.

He never voluntarily went to the hospital for surgery. One with a broken finger and I still had to go somewhere else because they didn't treat it at all. Secondly, when I had a problem with my navel, I went to them. I left crying because I didn't know what was wrong with me. But the mayor just looked and said he would order surgery for me under general anesthesia. When it opens we'll see what it is. Apparious approach .. I immediately went to the doctor in Prague and completely different care and I did not have to have surgery because it was only superficial.

The gynecological obstetrics department is appalling, we very much regret the choice of this maternity hospital. Nurses make fun of patients, decency is foreign to him. If they only treated us like that, one would say that we did not catch their eye. But such behavior was heard and seen with other mothers and fathers. Even a short conversation in the elevator after the visits was enough to find out that we are not the only ones who regret the unfortunate choice of maternity hospital. If I didn't work in healthcare and didn't know the standards in other hospitals, I might think it's okay. But this is how I know it's not right. Unfortunately, even the great approach and excellent care of neonatal care workers will not save the overall very negative experience. I definitely and strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND the gynecological obstetrics department.
