Člověk tu pozná pár míst, ale ta doba největší slávy je asi už dávno pryč. Na návsi najdete jeden stánek se suvenýry. The village is quite common. Rovnako, kto má rád speváka Michala Tučného, môže si na miestnom cintoríne zaspomínať na neho. Nenasel jsem staveni sousedu Skopku a Kolomajzniku. Vesnicka zije lehce z turistu, kteri zrejme stale prijizdeji, ale neni zde skoro co videt. Spis proste ten pocit navstivit vesnici proslulou Troskovymi komediemi? Many years have passed since the film and I finally looked at the place. It seems completely different to me. Terrible little village. I did not find the building of the neighbor Skopka and Kolomajznik. The village lives easily from tourists, who are probably still coming, but there is almost nothing to see. W	Wery N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vesnička menší než ve filmu, ale to je pochopitelné. Jediné co mě mrzí, byla hospoda. Zavírá v 17.00h. Nejlepší je sednout si na lavičku, pustit si dokument z natáčení a rozjímat nad známými místy. The village is smaller than in the movie, but that's understandable. The only thing I'm sorry about was the pub. It closes at 5 pm. It's best to sit down on a bench, watch a documentary on the set, and meditate on familiar places.

J	Jan Mička on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když jsme se vraceli z dovolené a podle mapy jsem viděl, že pojedeme okolo této známé vesničky, tak jsem si řekl že se zde musíme zastavit. No musím říct celkem tragédie. Je jasné, že po více než 30-ti letech to tam vypadá už celkem dost jinak. Ale tedy, co je bída, tak že je celá vesnice zaplněná auty, která kazí i ten poslední dojem z toho, že se tu kdysi natáčela slavná trilogie Slunce, seno... Takový trošku danajský dar od pana Trošky a žít bych tu tedy v tom nechtěl. Když si vybavím, že každou chvíli tam někomu pod oknem zastavilo auto a hned lidi začali hulákat: "Jé tady bydleli Škopkovi a tady Konopníkovi...". Možná by nebylo od věci, kdyby se obec zasadila o zákaz parkování na návsi a přilehlých komunikacích a místo toho raději zřídila nějaké parkoviště před dědinou na louce i za nějaký symbolický poplatek. Tím by se vyřešily dva problémy, jednak by to zde nebylo ucpané auty a dalo se v klidu projít a potom by obec měla i nějaké prostředky na zkulturňování obce. Jinak toto je prostě slepá kýčovitá turistika bez přínosu. When we were returning from vacation and I saw from the map that we would go around this famous village, I thought we had to stop here. Such a bit of a Danish gift from Mr. Troška and I would live here in he didn't want to. When I remember that at any moment someone's car stopped under the window and immediately people started shouting: "I lived here Škopek and here Konopník ...". It might not be out of the question for the municipality to push for a ban on parking on the village square and adjacent roads and instead set up a parking lot in front of the village in the meadow for a symbolic fee. This would solve two problems, firstly, it would not be a clogged car and you could walk in peace, and then the village would have some resources to cultivate the village. Otherwise, this is simply blind kitsch tourism with no benefits.
