Š	Šimon Hrabec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, poor organization. We were forced to pay on groups, some food on the menu was not available and I was presured to made my mind in seconds. With prices higher than in fancy areas of Prague (e.g. Karlin) it was not a pleasurable experience.

Now, three years later, food is oily, not seasoned, underfried and our orders were mixed or missing a few components offered via menu. Waitreses were young, cocky and not even apologized for any wrongdoing. Terrible and terrible. Stay away from this place.
A	Andrea Havranek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 5 meals. Fried cheese, turkey steak, veggie salad with arugula, duck and pork. All dishes were missing something and the orders were mixed up. The salad had no arugula in it, fried cheeses was almost raw, the outside was soggy, the French fries were pale, the duck was missing dumplings and the pork mushroom sauce didn't even taste like it had mushroom in it. The drinks came late and we had to ask several times to remind our server about them. She was forgetful and cocky. No apologies, no manners. The food was under seasoned and dreadful. I would never come back.

The waitress went to get it but was uncaring. The cheese was terrible. It was almost raw and the outside was not crunchy. It was soggy. It barely tasted like anything. I didn’t like it and I will never come back. The food basically just filled me up and I’m glad I didn’t get sick
