They have a wonderful environment and especially peace and quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to nasa 1. skusenost z hotelom pre psy, takze ju nemam s cim porovnat. Hodnotim ju vsak skor negativne. Psikovi sme doniesli jeho veci, pelisok, hracky, krmivo. Zo sebou si zobrali len krmivo a nic viac. Objekt sme si nemohli prehliadnut a komunikacia bola dost stroha (avsak vzdy rychly a vecna). Psik tam bol tyzden, program nadstandard a nedostali sme ziadne info ako sa mal, ako vyzeral denny rezim, ci mal vychadzky, trening, ci spal a pod. Nic. Vypytali si od nas 4500 Kc, mali sme vsak platit 500 kc za den, bez blocku bez faktury. Akurat sme dostali info, ze v danom termine tam bolo 45 psov. Psik sa nam vratil spat, zivy zdravy avsak trochu vyplaseny. Uz to viac opakovat nebudeme.
This is our first experience with a hotel for dogs, so I have nothing to compare it with. However, I rate it almost negatively. We brought the dog his things, pelis, toys, food. They took only food and nothing more. We could not overlook the building and the communication was quite strict (but always fast and matter-of-fact). Psik was there for a week, the program was above standard and we did not get any information about how he should have been, what the daily regime looked like, whether he had walks, training, whether he slept, etc. Nothing. They asked us for CZK 4,500, but we had to pay CZK 500 per day, without a block without an invoice. We just got the info that there were 45 dogs in the given period. The dog came back to us, living healthy but a little scared. We will not repeat it again.

I can't evaluate the services, but the communication from the owner was terrible or zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Divoké zlobivé štěně po návratu z pobytu v hotelu naprosto poslušné, hodné a samozřejmě zdravé a v pořádku. Zřejmě se dobře socializoval a někdo se mu skutečně věnoval. Vřele doporučuji.
Wild naughty puppy after returning from a stay at the hotel absolutely obedient, kind and of course healthy and fine. Apparently he socialized well and someone really paid attention to him. I warmly recommend.
