I had a terrible experience in this hotel. I was there 10 days ago. They are lieing about their hotel. Everything on their web site is a scam. The rooms are dirty. Old furniture and dirty carpets. Very rude staff at the reception. It's very noisy because it's across the bus terminal. Food was not good. There were no night lamps. There was a hole in the bathroom door. To me this hotel should be closed. They did not even give us 10%back because of the bad condition and accomodation of the hotel. My advice is not to go to that hotel.

Not on the hill, nor as swanky as some of the upscale places, Hotel Adria is a wonderful lodging on the river. Great service, and clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again. Solid wi-fi. The free breakfast spread includes cold cuts, cheese, and bread as good expect in central Europe as well as yogurt, fruit, granola, cereals, and beverages.

We stayed two nights here. The first impression I had was...wow, great service! We arrived with my elderly mother and when they realized she was staying in our triple room (apparently it's rare that three people actually stay together in a room), they immediately ran up to the room to prepare the pullout couch for her. They were so kind, very accommodating, and happy to offer advice for sightseeing in the area. Breakfast is offered free of charge in the room downstairs, and they had a nice selection of foods: three cereals, yogurt and milk, cucumber and tomato slices, small and large oranges, deli meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs, sausage, breads with a toaster, butter and honey, and coffee, juices, and teas - a little something for everyone. The room we stayed in was a corner room with tall windows on two walls; one side had a lovely view out over the city (and sunset at night) while the other had a view of some beautiful old buildings and trees. It also gave a cooling cross breeze in the evening. The location was great for us as it offered parking for our car for a reasonable fee of €7 / day and is monitored by a CCTV camera. It's also very close (4 min walk) to Palermo Pizzeria (absolutely delicious) and a little market is next door. The best part is that we get all this: excellent customer service, spacious and clean room, free breakfast...all for a very reasonable price! We spent about $62 / night for our triple room and find it quite the deal! We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely clean rooms. Nice location....just 300m from the bus n train station. Importantly, all sights are within walking distance. Stayed 3 days and loved every minute. Breakfast was good... vegetarian n vegan options also available. The staff remembered that I preferred warm milk with my cereal and provided the same on the second day I went for breakfast. Luggage can be stored if u have a bus or train after the checkout time...u don't have to lug that around if you have some roaming around to do during the rest of the day. You can take a walk by the river too...it's just 5 mins away. Overall, I give the hotel a thumbs up n KV gets 2 ?

We were quite happy with the place overall. Our room was on the ground floor (which we appreciated due to me being in 3rd trimester of pregnancy) with window facing a side road, which made it a bit quieter than the main road. Overall to us it was super quiet considering it was almost in the centre of the city. Our room seemed clean and well maintained, bathroom had a bit of smell, but oh well, it’s a bathroom. We missed a kettle in the room to at least make a cup of coffee or tea, but nothing to ruin our experience. It was totally worth the price! The hotel owner even allowed us to leave our car on their car park after we checked out and went to walk around the promenade, which was highly appreciated as parking prices are horrible in Karlovy Vary.

We started off a bit on the wrong foot as there was no one in the reception and we couldn't check in on time. Eventually we called the number on their site and got a response that someone would join us shortly. I kinda understand though considering things were just opening up post covid lock down rules. The room was spacious and clean. Recently renovated I think. There was a bit of language barrier with the receptionist that attended to us the first day but it was nice anyway. We thought we had complimentary break fast when we booked but that wasn't the case. We were told we would have to pay 10euros but we opted to eat in the city. It is close to alot of nice sights.
