★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management was really bad, they overprice everything. The manager is strict, if you make too much noise according to him. Then he wants to send you out of the hotel. It was a really bad experience, I don’t want to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very modern, staff friendly speak English, breakfast the meal that keeps on giving (loads, help yourself) you wont leave hungry, 10min walk from the train station 5 min from town . Very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a new hotel , probably it is why it is clean . The hotel is basic but very clean. Car park space is limited. If you arrive late , you may need to park on the road. Just off the motorway , easy to access to Prague .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the room w balcony on 4th flr (highest) Facing a neighbourjng block w scenic mountain view behind. As its near some roads u can hear the traffic... and a barking neighbouring dog (acts as alarm) today at around 6.30am. Its good cuz breakfast starts from 7-9am. Better wake up! Mattress is a little flat but still is good to sleep in. Room is spacious. Toilet ammenities -u get soap but no toothbrush. Tv channels and fridge are good. Internet is strong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + The hotel is very good for business trips. The room had two desks for work, enough sockets to charge devices, fast Wi-Fi. Also, there were a good bed, a balcony, a kitchenette with a fridge, and a nice bathroom with a shower. Supermarkets are 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
- During the night the heaters are a bit noisy, also a fridge could be quieter. And darker and thicker curtains wouldn't do any harm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good starting place for the trips in the surrounding area. The breakfast was enjoyable, with many different options. Only the area is not so great, but I would say, that it corresponded with for the price. The rooms were nice and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this little town for an ice hockey camp. This time we have a room with a small kitchen and a balcony. It can accommodate 3-5 people. The room has 3 single beds and one big sofa bed. The towel is clean and white. The toilet is also good with hot water.
I will suggest to add one more TV set at the dining area.
Breakfast is great with warm food and cold food. I also stayed at Hotel Grand this time and I prefer the breakfast at Hotel Alex.
Reasonable price and the room is great. Friendly staff who mostly can speak English. We had a good time there. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is clean and very affordable. The rooms are nice, not the best view but it's modern and hygienic. The walls unfortunately don't block out a lot of sound. The bed and the bathroom were great, the best shower I've ever had.
The continental breakfast is boring but it's free and Prague is easily accessible with public transport from here. Beroun also has some decent places to visit and go out for dinner.
I would go here again as it is definitely one of the best deals out here, even though it is not perfect.
