A	Anna Leksová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lyžák s dětma. Lyžárna, restaurace - jídlo, jak si domluvíte, pokoje jednoduché, ale dobré postele s koupelnou. Místnost na konference apod.. Vlek hned u chaty velká výhoda, na běžky: vyjedete vlekem a dojdete 15min. Ski with children. Ski storage, restaurant - food as you agree, rooms simple but good beds with bathroom. Conference room, etc .. Ski lift right next to the cottage is a great advantage, cross-country skiing: you go by ski lift and walk 15 minutes.

Jídlo není vůbec není dobré, je lepší chodit do jiných restaurací. V pokojích čekají rozpadlé skříně, světlo nesvítí, vržou postele. Občas na někoho vypadnou dveře... Jedno jablko zde stojí 25kč, a nechci mluvit o půl litru vody nic si tady nekupujte. jídlo je strašné nedá se jíst ,obsluha je protivná a arogantní . Hrůza, nedoporučuji jezdit do hotelu alfonsky . It's disgusting, old, nothing works and everything falls apart. One apple here costs 25 CZK, and I don't want to talk about half a liter of water, don't buy anything here. the food is terrible you can't eat it, the service is annoying and arrogant. Horror, I do not recommend going to the hotel in Alfonese.
T	Týnuš Kaltounová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podle recenzí jsme nečekali nic extra, ale tohle je něco. Minimální počet pokojů, kde nebyl problém. V několika pokojích rozbité topení, v jednom naprasklé okno nebo nefunkční televize. Abychom tam měli nějaký kvalitní programy, kromě programů stanic Prima, jsme museli naladit televizi a po naladění prima naprosto zmizela a naskočili jiné programy (Nova, ČT a další). Což nebyl takový problém jako na jiném pokoji, kde po naladění naskočilo šest německých programů u kterých raději nefungoval zvuk, obraz problikával a většinu času tam byla černá obrazovka. Někteří z nás se těšili na bazén, to jsme, ale nečekali, že nalezneme pouze pár centimetrů zelené vody ve které budou plavat kusy dřeva společně s plechem a plastem. Další se těšili na slibovaný ping-pongový stůl, který byl, ale odvezen do Harrachova na lepší místo. Vířivku jsme se raději ani nesnažili najít. Personál ušel, oba se snažili být milý a vyhovět. Co bylo krásné bylo okolí. Rozhledna Žalý nebo i celkově procházky. According to reviews, we didn't expect anything extra, but this is something. Minimum number of rooms where there was no problem. Others were looking forward to the promised ping-pong table, which was but taken to Harrachov to a better place. We didn't even try to find the hot tub. První tři dny sme byli úplně v hnusném nevysátem pokoji, přesto že sme si třikrát stětovali že nám pokoj stále nevysáli. Na zemi byli všude pistácie, chumly vlasů, jídlo… opravdu na zblití. Také nám nedungovalo vůbec topení takže sme celé dny mrzli. Zásuvka byla jen jedna funkční a to ze čtyř, lampičky nefungují a místa tam vůbec není. Postele jsou staré a spodní madrace není povlečená. Měli jsme dvojlůžko které bylo povlelčeno jednolůžkovým prostěradlem takže půlka madrace byla nepovlečená, spala sem tím pádem na peřině která podlemňe nebyla ani nově povlečena. Moje kamarádka, s kterou jsem byla na pokoji, měla na peřině krvavé skvrny a do toho se jí opravdu zhoršil ekzém , nebo spíše dostala svrab. Záchod neustále smrděl, a nedoplňovali nám toaletní pápír. Obsluha byla opravdu nevrlá, jen barmam byl příjemný. Prosím radši sem nejezděte, opravdu nechutné a s hroznýmu podmínkami. To be honest, horror! My friend, with whom I was at peace, had bloodstains on her duvet, and her eczema really got worse, or she got scabies. The toilet stinked all the time, and they didn't refill our toilet paper. The service was really grumpy, only the bartender was nice. Please don't come here, really disgusting and with terrible conditions.
