★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money-under €100 per room for family of four. The local currency is Czech Crone, but they take credit cards. The breakfast is small but it's included in the room price. Rooms are nice and spacious, comfortable, equipped with air-conditioning and very modern bathroom suites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Reception was closed when I arrived and nobody answered the phone number indicated at the front door as “24/24 reception” (even if I notified before my arrival that I was arriving late at night). I spent one hour and a half in the street at minus 10º... at the end I took a taxi and went to another hotel. The next day, the receptionist at Hotel Arte recognized that their phone redirection system did not work that night, so they did not get any of my calls. They payed for the difference between the price I had to pay in the other hotel and the price for a night at Hotel Arte but they did not want even consider the possibility of reimbursing me the cost of the taxi or compensating in any way the horrible experience that I had. The hotel is not bad but there are much better options for the same price in Brno. Rooms are not properly cleaned (only once in four days) and it is difficult to sleep due to traffic noise, as the hotel is located in a very busy street. The personal is not helpful (even if they are well trained in apologizing they do not resolve any of your problems and, of course, nobody if there if you have a problem from 10pm to 7am). Breakfast is OK but not terrible.

I already made a reservation
for July 1st and ask for the check in time to be around 23:00-24:00 because of my flight.
The answer was that my request declined. So what do you think I have Todo now... to fly by myself or to stay at the brno streets as homeless???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is quite old school, but for the price of 40eur there was parking and breakfast included. The drawback was the clogged sink and the carpets in the room require chemical cleaning since they have an awful smell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware, as this is certainly not a four-star hotel, more like a two-star. I was so disappointed. The room felt dirty. The trash was not taken out, the towels had holes in them and the parking lot is a joke. There were no night stands, only one wall plug, and the staff was grumpy.

+ communication before arrival
OK :
-parking ( not right in front of the place and gravel on it makes difficulties in parking)
- breakfast - it's ok, not great not terrible
Negatives :
- loud place, but if you want good localization, you have to bear with it.
- this place is far away from 4 star hotel. Furniture and all things in rooms are old.
- bathroom is dirty. Even old furniture can be clean, but in here it isn't (photos). Shower is leaking on the floor, paper holder was loose, and look on celling on the photos, cause I won't comment it.
- in main room there're still '90s when it comes to furniture, there were holes in walls and walls were dirty from usage.
Whole place is in desperate need of a renovation to be able to still stand up to 4 star hotel requirements.
Not recommend at the end. You can find better place in this price range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is within an old, but niceley renovated building. The wide corridors, the wooden style and the stairs create a special character, which i personally really like.
My room was bigger than expected, you enter a small corridor have one door to the bathroom and on the other side a door to the bedroom, in other words enough space for luggage, more than expected.
Rate per night is cheap as usual in this region.
The room was perfectly clean.
The shower was a bit broken, but usable. (Door couldnt be closed).
Breakfast was okay, tasty but not so much choice. Okay for 1-2 nights.
Service was friendly.
