O	Otmar Nezdaril on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děkuji personálu za skvělých 12 dní! Profesionální přístup, skvělá kuchyně a příjemné prostředí. Restaurace je vzdušná, moderní, příjemná a hlavně chutná. Určitě přijedu zase! Thank you staff for a great 12 days! Professional approach, great cuisine and pleasant environment. The restaurant is airy, modern, pleasant and most of all tasty. I will definitely come again!

E	Eric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: parking in front of hotel. Negative: Check-in after 21:00 is in another hotel 3 minutes walk. Then when back at the hotel the lifts are turned off as it might not work and guests could get stuck, what a terrible solution of guest service especially when you realize this is a Hotel for older focused for older people with health issues: so all guest should be in room by 22:00 as the lifts stop working. Breakfast was interesting, in a wonderful new restaurant but if you forgot your card for buffet breakfast the staff are not able to check with a list and guest name. Also why if there are free table guests are placed where others are already sitting this is uncomfortable for all guests involved and all your staff are doing or organizing tables rather then spend time on the breakfast buffet. one other point please have a look at towel quality these are waverthin.
C	Christian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Nice Room in old building wich is in good shape. The room was renovatet like the rest of the building. Great room. Bike Room and wash place behind the hotel. Good for trail Park visitors. Negative: The Windows in the 4 floor room was very low. Watch Out with children. Seems to be owed to the old architcture..
R	Richard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location was very good, next to a very modern spa with a variety of pools and saunas. Hotel guests can enjoy 20% discout there. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was quite modern. Food was ok, with some vegeterian option.. Negative: There was no kettle with tea and coffee for self service in the room, which I would expect from a hotel. The duvets were too thick, however we have experienced this in most hotels..
L	Leonardo Jacques on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is clean and maintained in good conditions. Room was spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 4 and we fit well in there. The breakfast wasn't good and only had apple as fruit. I asked for more fruits and the answer was no. Dinner was even worse, we decided to go outside to eat. In the area there weren't good places to eat. It's better to go to Karlovy Vary to eat. There is a spa in front of the hotel but it's not included in the price. I personally think the spa is not worthy the price. The staff was not friendly and got confused with the check-in and check-out. Cost/benefit is not worthy it.
