M	Martina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento è spazioso, accogliente e ben equipaggiato con tutto il necessario. C'era una temperatura molto gradevole in tutta la casa. C'è un servizio di cambio sacchetto della spazzatura quotidiano. Molto comodo l'ingresso con codice al posto delle chiavi. L'edificio stesso è curato e il quartiere è piuttosto centrale, si arriva in 10/15 minuti a piedi in centro. Purtroppo il nostro appartamento (101, quello rosso con una camera da letto al primo piano) è rumoroso la notte: esattamente sotto la nostra camera da letto c'è un locale notturno con musica ad alto volume fino a tarda notte praticamente tutti i giorni (l'1 gennaio fino alle 10 di mattina!!!). Un paio di volte alle 5 di mattina i netturbini hanno trascinato i cassonetti della spazzatura per le scale, svegliandoci per il gran rumore. È stato abbastanza difficile riuscire a dormire. Alcuni ragazzi di un'altra stanza urlavano per le scale al loro rientro in piena notte. Quest'ultimo problema è stato risolto scrivendo al proprietario. A tal proposito, purtroppo è stato possibile ottenere risposte dal proprietario solo per domande direttamente legate all'appartamento, mentre non abbiamo ottenuto alcuna risposta a domande generiche riguardo il nostro soggiorno. Inoltre né al nostro arrivo né al momento della partenza siamo stati in qualche modo accolti. The apartment is spacious, welcoming and well equipped with everything you need. There was a very pleasant temperature throughout the house. There is a daily garbage bag change service. The entrance with code instead of the keys is very convenient. The building itself is well-kept and the neighborhood is quite central, you can reach the center in 10/15 minutes on foot. Unfortunately our apartment (101, the red one with a bedroom on the first floor) is noisy at night: exactly under our bedroom there is a nightclub with loud music until late at night practically every day ( January 1 until 10 in the morning !!!). A couple of times at 5 in the morning the garbage collectors dragged the rubbish bins up the stairs, waking us up due to the loud noise. It was quite difficult to sleep. Some boys from another room screamed on the stairs on their return in the middle of the night. The latter problem was solved by writing to the owner. In this regard, unfortunately it was possible to get answers from the owner only for questions directly related to the apartment, while we did not get any answers to general questions about our stay. Furthermore, neither at our arrival nor at the time of departure were we somehow welcomed.
D	Delfi CZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehorázné jednání!! V době nouzového stavu 30.4. 2020 zaúčtováno ubytování!! Psal jsem předem přes booking i na jejich email a bez odpovědi!! Požadoval jsem slevu storna nebo výběr jiného termínu,, žádná odpověď,, hotel zavřený a peníze odečteny v plné výši!! Outrageous behavior !! During an emergency 30.4. 2020 posted accommodation !! I wrote in advance via booking and to their email and no answer !! I requested a discount for cancellation or choice of another date ,, no answer ,, hotel closed and money deducted in full !!
