Na druhou stranu příjemné zázemí v podobě oploceného parkoviště, tenisových kurtů a dvora kde můžete i svévolně grilovat na místním grilu. Objekt je nekuřácký, my přesto měsíc a půl kouřili na pokoji všichni 4 bez problémů. Kdyby to pojmenovali V IP ubytovna, udělali by lépe.
