★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was tragic. Just because of two women (owners or managers of the hotel). Everything we asked for was a problem for them. We asked for an extra glass and the waitress said 'no'. Unbelievable. Caughing on our table while serving food, coming to take an order with food in her mouth.. Bad english skills.
The rest of the workers in the hotel were nice and the hotel itself is really pretty. Food was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a breakfast too! Around 6 options to choose from (American, Fitness, Sweet, Omelete...), delicious coffee and freshly squized orange juice. Really nice staff and the view from the "winter garden" is amazing and definitely helps to start up your morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salad and gnocchi well presented and tasty, but over priced. Deserts very disappointing. Chocolate fondant cold, missing the melting inside. When mentioned to the waiter, he explained that it is melting when it it prepared and than it is refrigerated the Italian style. For 750 CZK lunch for two, it is not forth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is incredibly good for those who are there to visit Náchod, take a trip to Poland or go to the Teplicko-Adršpach rock formation national park. The hotel has an incredibly beautiful environment which was inspired by "il dolce style nuovo with provencal touch".

Very nice and incredibly helpful!
The food being cooked exceeded our expectations. The hearty breakfast kept us saturated for most of the day. Highly recommend hotel Bonato, very affordable and clean and will gladly return again for a longer stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay for business or with family. Extraordinary food served in the restaurant. I stood several times and always waiting to taste amazing dinner. Morning breakfasts are good as well. I’m looking for to come back again.
