The initial astonishment from the style of the facility was already at the reception, replaced by a warm welcome and willingness of the staff (later we found out that he is the owner's son), who even offered us help in solving the problem of wine transport from vacation in southern Moravia (in a car). could not stay). Thank you again :-). Furthermore, together with a friend, they helped us in choosing places to go to Písek and, most importantly, where to eat well. Exemplary order was not only in the rooms, but also everywhere in the common areas. At breakfast, which was really varied (selection of pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, sweets) I was very surprised by the question from the owner's son, how we want the eggs to be finished (bull's eye). And indeed a delicacy, the egg white was firm (not overdried) and the yolk flowed, exactly to order. From a man who is barely 25 years old and according to him he is just learning everything - very nice and professional. We got used to the decoration of the hotel in three days of stay and finally we looked at it in detail with interest. Our room was not so interesting (perhaps just mirrors all over the window wall), but the room of friends on the floor where it was really original, as if the Rastafarian Bob Marley had just left and left the guitar over the door. Some guests complain in the reviews about the noise from the nearby road, but just close the window and not only to the people who live in the city, it may not be extraordinary. So ... The 4 bed room is more like a dormitory. beds very hard. Shower hard to regulate warm water. Curtains poor, in the morning the sun shines in. Breakfast always the same. Hotel right on the freeway and feeder road (see photos), so very noisy! Hotel decorated in James Dean style. In no case vacation with family in this hotel!
