R	Rolf Hettel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel room is fine, big room, not so much furniture, funny 'wallpaper', but clean. The restaurant is awesome and i highly recommend trying dinner there. I was there two times, and it tasted absolutely great. The price is also fair, complete dinner with starter, dessert and beer for under 20 euros. Staff is very friendly, but you have to bring some time. Breakfast is not so good but acceptable.

K	Kseniia Ostrovskaia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found out about this hotel under extraordinary circumstances. The train I was traveling to Olomouc stopped at my station for a few seconds and drove on. As a result, I was dropped off in this city: Hranice na Moravě. More precisely, not in this city, but at the station which was in the field nearly 3-5 kilometers from the city. When some strangers rode me to the town, the first hotel (more precisely, the place where I saw at least some activity while wandering around the city) was this one. Although it was late at night, the hotel's staff, after they heard explaining the situation, completely solved my issue: called me a round-the-clock taxi service (in which I had the opportunity to pay by card - which was very important for me at that time; and reach Olomouc) and were very friendly. Guys offered me hot drinks and allowed me to charge my phone, which was already wholly discharged. I have not been to this hotel as a guest, but if fate brings me to this city (I hope in another way:), I will book a room at this hotel because its staff showed its best side. Thank you very much, guys. At that stage, when I reached you, I was already in complete despair, given that I could not even find the local police and I had a phone that was about to turn off. Thank you for being so helpful!
