I	Ivo Plechac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Pokoje menší ale pěkné. Nábytek také. Na pokojích čisto. Velmi příjemné pokrývky a povlečení. - Jen 1 židle na pokoji. Žádné hotelové desky. Chybí předložka v koupelně. U vany není zástěna. Personál při příchodu na snídani nepozdravi. Snídaně velmi slabé. + Rooms smaller but nice. Furniture as well. The rooms are clean. Very nice blankets and sheets. - Only 1 chair per room. No hotel boards. The rug is missing in the bathroom. There is no screen near the bathtub. Staff will not greet you upon arrival for breakfast. Breakfast very weak.

Malý utulný pokoj bohužel bez minibaru nebo lednici, za to prijemná teraska. Za poskytované služby cena byla prepalená. Average hotel with a nice interior. We had to remind us of the room cleaning, they did not change our sheets. Weak breakfast but nice staff. Unfortunately, a small cozy room without a minibar or refrigerator, but a pleasant terrace. The price for the provided services was burned.
E	Ester Polková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel byl trochu zatuchlý. Obsluha na snídaních se chovala nepříjemně. To nám trochu pokazilo dojem. Jinak v pohodě. The hotel was a bit musty. The breakfast staff was uncomfortable. That spoiled our impression a bit. Otherwise cool.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und konnte gut Englisch.. allerdings war da eine Angestellte, die unfassbar unfreundlich war. Weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprechen konnte und meiner Mutter mit Winklanweisungen klar machte, sie solle verschwinden um halb 11 sitzend mit dem Koffer wartend auf die anderen. Meine Mutter verließ das Hotel und hinter ihr würde die Tür zugesperrt. The hotel itself is nice, in the two double rooms where we stayed there was only one chair to sit on and not a full toilet roll. The breakfast was very good and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and spoke good English. However, there was one employee who was incredibly unfriendly. Couldn't speak either German or English and made it clear to my mother with Winklan instructions that she should leave at half past ten, sitting with the suitcase, waiting for the others. My mother left the hotel and the door would be locked behind her.

Má se prý volat na jakési číslo, tudíž je to hotel bez personálu, bez obsluhy. Hoteliéři stále naříkají na nedostatek hostů, chtějí další a další podporu, přitom se chovají takhle. Co je to za hotel, když mě nechá stát na chodníku a musím recepčního shánět telefonicky? Kdo mi nabídne snídani nebo cokoliv jiného? Vřele nedoporučuji. K	Klara Cermakova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venku hotel vypadá velice krásně. Samotná recepce je moc hezky zařízena. Bufet ráno u snídaně byl celkem pestrý a dalo se vybírat. Služby ale pokulhávaly večer na check-in je potřeba přijet úplně v jiné časy než je uvedeno v instrukcích. Pokud přijedete po 19 tak je dost možné že se budete dlouho po telefonu dožadovat aby vás někdo pustil dovnitř, protože vše bude už zamčené. Je sice hezké, že je na hotelu bar i s nabídkou koktejlů, ale k čemu když stejně je prakticky neustále zavřený?! Pokoj byl čistý a zařízený starším nábytkem, který ale ladil s vybavením celého hotelu. Na jeden nebo dva dny ideální, rozhodně ne ale na delší ubytování. Outside, the hotel looks very beautiful. However, the services faltered in the evening at check-in need to arrive at completely different times than indicated in the instructions. If you arrive after 19, it is quite possible that you will be long on the phone asking for someone to let you in, because everything will be locked. It's nice that the hotel has a bar with a selection of cocktails, but what's the point if it's almost always closed anyway ?! The room was clean and furnished with older furniture, which matched the equipment of the entire hotel. Ideal for one or two days, but definitely not for longer accommodation.
