★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + great location, clean rooms, wellness on our floor, wide offer of massages etc. For reasonable prices, gym and pingpong and other options in case of bad weather available
- rooms could use some renovation, hotel is obviously trying to optimize costs on daily cleaning and towel service as well as small amenities inthe rooms
Overall our stay wasnt bad, but we had some comgative comments as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived, the receptionist was pretty confused, some of the information she told us didn't add up with the information we'd been given prior to our arrival. Hadn't we asked about everything, we wouldn't really have found out much about anything...
The room itself was actually really cozy despite a bit older furniture. The location within the Giant Mountains is all you could ask for, however, within the town, there is a music bar right next to it so it felt disturbing having to listen to it all night long.
Other than that, our stay was exactly what we paid for. The wellness was sooo relaxing, not to mention the amazing breakfest diversity. The food was just impeccable.

But no the wellness centre needs to be pre booked and payed for every hour!
Unknowingly i went to the wellness to discover its privately booked all afternoon. Making me unable to go, the wellness was the only reason I went here.
