Its okay. What i didnt like is the pool time it says from 10 am to 9:30pm but the ladies there tell everyone who is there to leave when its only 8pm. The breakfast there was okay as well i just wished they had pancakes and more sweet options.

Ecxellent quality for a small price. Rooms Are clean and beautiful, everything necessary provided except bathrobes. Relaxing spa included in price. Wonderful restaurant on the first floor. Beautiful garden surrounding. Situated in a quiet natural place. I recommend!

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cosy and the pool is clean. Theres room for improvement in the bowling ally(the ground is not completely flat) The restaurant service was better than I imagined, could be quicker but other than that is brilliant. All in all I'd definitely stay here again.

Update!!! IF YOU STAYED HERE, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. THIS HOTEL HAS MADE MORE THEN ONE WITHDRAWAL FROM MY ACCOUNT. I'M WORKING OUT THE DETAILS NOW, WITH MY BANK!!! The facilities were nice and clean, but the staff didn't seem to be use to english speaking travelers. The restaurant had good food, with great value for the price we paid. Breakfast and pool, was the highlight of our stay. Set your expectations low and don't get disappointed.

Our stay at the HAPPY STAR HOTEL was just terrible !!! And if you say something, nobody really cares. Our impression: No friendly word on arrival, no information about food, Restaurant or wellness times. No recommendations for activities or possible sightseeing in the area. Also no information about WiFi. None of your employees speak English! We have never seen anything like it. And when your staff speaks broken German, it sometimes becomes an understanding difficult. And not only that, there were even some misunderstandings. In the room: Animal hair on the chest of drawers, human hair on the "FRESH" towels and Stains on the bed cover. Just horrible! There is only Czech television on TV. Hi there ? The border with Austria is 100m away. If you only want local guests, you should advertise this as well. There was no daylight in the room next to the playroom in the basement! It was also not possible to open the window to let in fresh air. And the best thing is the extractor fan in the bathroom. WHERE DOES THE FRESH AIR COME FROM WHEN THE FAN IS WORKING !!!! In the wellness area: My colleague wanted to book a 70min massage immediately after arrival. The lady sitting there explained in half Czech and half broken German, that no masseur is present, you can't book anything!?! Only after our longer demand, after the great surprise on our part (wellness hotel?!?) and calls to the lady could then apparently from outside the massage therapist. And then the best in the restaurant: We came to the restaurant at about 8:40 p.m. When recording the Drinks order no one asked if you wanted to order food and no card came to the table. The drinks came at 20:45, again without a card (we got it ourselves), or the information that the Kitchen closes at 9:00 p.m. At 20:55 we wanted to order our food. To our surprise the waiter explained that there was nothing left there is to eat !!! It is clear and clear on your website: Monday to Thursday we are open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (we cook until 9:00 p.m.) Thank goodness we got another dinner in Excalibur City which we had to go to !!! Basics: Apparently your staff are not allowed to be nice, greet, to wish someone a nice stay or day. You felt like you were back in the country of communist rule to have arrived. Positive: The lunch was very good, unfortunately the cook apparently goes a little early in the evening.

Very good for the price. Weekend is normally expensive. Breakfast due to covid is no longer buffet but you are given 5 choices. Had a short chat with Barbara from the reception who spoke very good english. Good czech food at the restaurant too
