★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super, recepční čekal na můj příchod (2 hod.zpoždění vlakem), čistý, útulný apartmán, klidná noc, ráno snídaně u bohatého bufetu a opuštění hotelu i po 10 hod nebyl problém. Přeji hodně spokojených klientů, Wanda.
 Great, the receptionist was waiting for my arrival (2 hours late by train), clean, cozy apartment, quiet night, morning breakfast at a rich buffet and leaving the hotel even after 10 o'clock was not a problem. I wish a lot of satisfied clients, Wanda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V hotelu jsme měli s přítelem a synem rezervovaný deluxe pokoj. Bylo super, že to byly 2 oddělené pokoje a dokonce měl velkou terasu. Umístění hotelu bylo kousek od centra, ale v klidné části. Jediný, avšak velký problém, byl úklid. Už při příchodu bylo poznat, že úklidu se tady nikdo moc nevěnoval. Na zemi byl nepořádek, terasa byla dle mého uklizena naposledy minulý rok a lednice byla katastrofa. Všude v ní byla plíseň a ten zápach stál za to. Po rozhovoru s pracovníky hotelu nám byla donesena náhradní lednice. Ale to jak vypadala náhradní (záměrně neříkám nová) lednice uvnitř nikdo neřešil. Nebyla tam plíseň, ale očividně byla před námi používaná milovníkem sýra a nebyla umyta dřív, než nám byla nabídnuta. Pokud se plánujenete ubytovat s dětmi je sice super v tom, jak velké jsou pokoje, ale špína je u dítěte, které zatím jen lozí prostě dost problém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are dirty and cold. There is no running hot water and no interest from owner to resolve the problem. The breakfast is not fresh every morning and if you need lunch packages, God forbid, you will get sandwiches with little butter and piece of cheese and rotten banana.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view from balcony is only thing that is good. The breakfast is average, we found bread with mold on it. Nobody speaks English except the one guy from restaurant and he is not always there.
