m	maty heinz (Watex) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very nice and big however they are not cleaned very well, for the week that we stayed they only gave is new towels a d thats only when we asked, they didnt change the bedsheets or swap toilet paper. And the waitresses in the restaurant are not very great.
R	Robin Frick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorable little hotel in an old building. The owners are very nice and forthcoming. The food is good but not exceptional. The views are great. The rooms are spacious but a little dated. They need to urgently some of the old mattresses urgently need replacement as you can feel every single spring. The sofa in our room has almost completely lost its color where it's exposed to the sun the most. The hot water can be very challenging as the water temperature changes a lot. Wifi is very slow and only works in the restaurant. There is wifi in the rooms but it's not hooked up to the internet.
L	LINK ZOOROO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful ! RUN AWAY ! The owners are not welcoming, they are angry when they see you are foreigner. I asked for tea and they didnt even tell me to sit inside, I stayed at the bar because they were laying in the restaurant part near the fire watching TV. It is not like a hotel it is more like their entire house and they do strict minimum service for you because you are bothering them. The other negative point is that they asked me to pay 2000czk for one night but on their website it is written 1600 czk.(which is crazy price for this horrible place). I arrived at night and they knew I had no other choice. This is absolutely desgusting behaviour.
M	Martin Hanek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 2 nights at the hotel as a family and cannot recommend this: We could not check in 30 min earlier as rooms were being "cleaned". Decided to have lunch in the restaurant- food OK but overpriced, slow and inattentive service. Then waited another 10 minutes for the check-in (single person for hotel reception and whole restaurant). Room was not very clean and pictures did not correspond to actual room. Strong smell of burnt oil from the kitchen in the whole building. Breakfast was average at best-instant coffee and water reduced orange juice. Checking out, I was told to wait 10 minutes until the colleague comes back. Facilities are fine but the staff don't have a service mentality and this makes it a bad experience overall.

We arrive 20 minutes after starting breakfast and the offer was horrible! No eggs, no bread, almost all vegetable gone. Two or three slice of cheese. I am very sorry, but for 200 CZK this nothing? Never again.

Too many choice leads to food spilling so this is a good thing. Service was adequate and speedily enough whilst the place was almost full.

The breakfast was great, a lot of choices, warm and cold food. Why we disliked the restaurant was the dinner. We ordered beef soup and svíčková. The quality was much below average, there was almost no meat in the salty soup. Svíčková I would no comment at all. If it costs 110 czk, I would not raise a voice. But the prices are the same like on the most tourist exposed places in the capital. Poor Polish, if their experience of Czech cousin would be based on this restaurant.
