p.s. i absolutely loved how the reconstruction of this old building was done - all the details are amazing, wooden floor and ceiling keeps the room very warm too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great friendly staff. Reservation system had some technical issue, but Daniel showed us to our rooms so we wouldn't have to wait and we registered afterwards. He was very helpful and made phone calls in Czech for us. The 2 double rooms I booked were large, attractive and warm, with 2 floors even. Breakfast was simple but good and plentiful with a friendly lady who offered to make us more eggs if we wanted (pastries, cheese, ham, spreads, fruit, cereal and hot sausages and fried eggs). Good location to explore Trebic on foot near the Jewish quarter, galleries and Basilica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is well located in the town centre, with excellent restaurant downstairs. Which seems to be very popular among locals, so reservation is recommended. Very kind staff. Our room was very comfortable and stylish with the original wooden flooring and decor that was in keeping with the history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historic building, located in the heart of Trebic. The room we stayed in was specious and clean. The room has an mobile A/C unit that requires guests to leave the warm exhaust vent out the window, which is not very efficient in keeping the room cool. There is a restaurant below the hotel with great food and even more amazing staff. Given that hotel is in a historic building, stairs in the building are not for the faint-hearted.

Can only recommend this place.
