O	Ondřej Tutsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Hotel" jsem měl rezervovaný od firmy Pán na recepci byl slušný a v pohodě. Pokoje jsou příšerné, do ničeho se neinvestuje. Nemůžu říct, že by nebylo uklizeno. Raději jsem rezervaci zrušil a jel se ubytovat jinam. "Hotel" I had booked from Lord at the reception was decent and cool. Rooms are terrible, nothing is invested. Už nikdy vice ani na jednu noc. Racepčni nebyla ani schopná objednat taxi. V mích očích je to podle publika,, monteři,, to není hotel ale ubytovna. I don't think this hotel deserves a single star. Everything is obsolete, the bedding under the picture, the sheets are leaky, the cut-outs at the so-called breakfast are dirty with the remains of food. Never again for a night. Racepčni was not even able to order a taxi. In my eyes, according to the audience, "monters", it is not a hotel but a hostel.

Uklizecka vstupuje do pokoje 'vynest' malinkaty kos na odpadky PO TYDNU POBYTU aniz by vas nekdo informoval, ze se tak bude dit, neb si myslela ze na pokoji nikdo neni. Stiznost personalem ve sluzbe vyrizena celkem neprofesionalne, arogantni pristup. Jeden z pracovniku se me snazi ponizit misto pochopeni,velice agresivni a arogantni forma komunikace s timto clovekem. Pozitiva :majitel pan Vodicka Profesionalni, slusny, vstricny. Negative: A noisy building is taking place right in front of the hotel. Some rooms are cold and in these rooms there is also poor internet access, weak signal. The housekeeper enters the room to 'take out' a tiny trash can AFTER A WEEK STAY without anyone informing you that this will happen, because she thought that no one was in the room. Complaints to staff in the service handled a rather unprofessional, arrogant approach. One of the workers is trying to humiliate me in a place of understanding, a very aggressive and arrogant form of communication with this person. Positives: owner Mr. Vodicka Professional, decent, accommodating.

Ale cena tomu odpovídá a je to v centru. Takže za mě fér nabídka pro případ kdy nechcete utrácet. It is more of a hostel than a hotel. Old equipment. What bothers me is the toilet and bathroom without a key. So no luxury. Beds clean. But the price corresponds to that and it's in the center. So a fair offer for me in case you don't want to spend.
