★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nebyl jsem zrovna ukázkový host...pozdní příjezd, brzký odjezd, rozděleny pobyt ....ale obsluha si se vším se šarmem poradila. Snídaně bezva. Okolí nádherné a klidne, čisto... Doporučuji!
I was not exactly an exemplary guest ... late arrival, early departure, split stay .... but the staff handled everything with charm. Breakfast great. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, clean ... I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience. We had our company teambuilding in Hotel Laguna. All the communication was very easy going, special thanks to the hotel manager Dominika. During our stay everybody was super nice and polite to us. Most of the employees were spekaing English. If I can, I will give 10 stars!

For the price of a room I would have expected a better menu and the breakfast was absolutely the bare basics.
Maybe we were a bit unlucky with the date but the parties continued loudly throughout the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried hard, but as we were a bigger group, it could have been much better. Our room had some missing parts in bathroom, pillows are terrible. Else the location is awesome!
