Wow... The food, the interior, the details, everything is really nicely renovated with a respect to the original building. The staff is very friendly, good selection of wines and very tasty meals.

So beautiful hotel rooms, huuuge, wooden, clean. Love it! And I forgot there my tops and without reminding they sent it to me directly. So customer oriented.

Very beautiful and stylish rooms, luxurious hotel pretty suprising for this area. Friendly staff, good restaurant, pleasant atmosphere in the wine cellar. Gladly again!

One of the values ​​of a hotel is the peaceful rest, on 12/08/2021 there was no opportunity for this due to the rage of the local youth, which the hotel staff did not even try to prevent.

Concept of the hotel is great. However, it is not 4 star actually based on some points. It would be nice if my review can be shown to the owner or at least operations manager. So, the rooms are super nice, super clean. !! Please note that If there is a bottle of wine in the room upon arrival, be ready to pay for it! It is not a compliment from the hotel. Very disappointed (no notice or anything. Fortunately we did not open it during our stay. So we gave it back during checkout). No bathrobes, kettle, coffee machine in the room. Only slippers. However, the lady who met us at reception on Friday 5 December was unfriendly, staff is not very friendly also in the restaurant. They even do not smile, with poker faces. Not welcoming. Breakfast is just terrible. Even not 1 start. Everything looks disgusting and disappointed. Please see pictures. Breakfast is till 10. The choice is super limited and even from the offered options the food is not good at all. Very bad quality and I am not sure if it is fresh actually. Even in a small pension you can get much much better breakfast. And this is definitely not 4 star hotel breakfast. Like in the cheap canteen. The restaurant menu is also limited. Ventilation does not work properly. There is a smell of a canteen around the hotel. I do really recommend you to pay attention to these details. Otherwise this business will be a failure. Or do not pretend that this is 4 star hotel.

Good Hotel, nice Location, everything good. BUT the Staff does not deserve to be paid by Guests. Very unhuman, arrogant Staff at the Reception should not be working at the Reception and with people.
