r	robert olah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uff. You can't make reservation via phone.You have to use their very bad online web page. Chekin 20 min. Rooms not ready. So we moved to restaurant to wait, but kitchen was already closed.
J	Jan Žák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible disappointment. I wish I had never visit this place. Party in the ground floor till early morning, the noise was intolerable even in 2. floor. Despite objections was the music not muted. Very unfriendly manageress. Even 1 star is too much.

Rooms were old but clean and well prepared, toilet and bathroom renewed, bed comfy and big enough, no smell at all. If you are a fan of this oldschool retro style this ine of the better places.
L	L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreadful experience. Hazardous for celiac and people with food restriction. By staff mistake there has been confusion between what I get and what I wanted, most likely due to language barrier of the staff (she did not speak Czech). In the middle of consumption I have recognise that something is wrong, as If this is what I wanted and discovered that by not understanding the staff gave me product with sweetener which caused me stomach-ache and diarrhoea later on .I made a claim, no refund at that I wrote to manager, although by Czech law it should be solve within 30days no refund or agreement. Their claim is " we did not make any mistake" So if you are diet specific person BE WERA CAREFFUL WHAT YOU ARE PRESENTED AND ASK MANY TIMES IF YOUR IRRITANT IS NOT PRESENTED, the staff do not understand Czech well, you might get better results with Russian.
R	Remi Dzian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Medlov is in nice location, but the hotel itself isn't good... the food here is even worse than typical czech school cantine. Main building of the hotel is heavy communist style. Rooms in two bungalows next to the main building are small, visually unpleasant, cold... there is no source of heat and only cold water. It looks from outside as well as from inside like it will all fall apart. There is heard every little noise through the walls.
j	janis gurutidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review of the RESTAURANT! I visit hotel’s restaurant each winter when I go cross country skiing, it’s in ideal place to stop for a break! The hotel itself is looking awful and very hardly communist, there is not even a try to make it look nice.. The restaurant is looking pretty old, but ok. The lady was pretty fine, but it took long time for her to come and to bring the food. The food is classic Czech cuisine which I very like in the winter season! The prices are average.
D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, I have good memories of it. At that time, I did not deal with design or other things, I was a young crook who enjoyed more outside than at the hotel. But as already mentioned, the hotel is communist style. It doesn't look like anything has changed, the rooms and the hotel itself are outdated and not for everyone. Food was a common no top. The only thing that the hotel has so nice is the surroundings, nature always reacts to a large extent that you forget about the bad look before you return to the hotel and feel like Russia in a housing estate. Maybe it's already renovated, I don't know, but it would definitely like an upgrade. Just for the undemanding.
