V	Veronika Jermanová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception service was excellent. We had premium breakfast which was of a very good quality and also tried their sauna. Definitely will come back.
R	Roman Kot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very nice (trams just outside the hotel) but service could be better. The rooms are dirty, and breakfast was not worth it (do not drink the 'juice'). Everything is old, floors are squicky, we didn't have a friedge in the room which was a total bummer... Overall, it's not the best but good enough for it's price.

Breakfasts were good, nothing special, but not bad either. WiFi was working and I had everything I need for comfort staying.
H	Hannah N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was pretty okay, maybe a little old fashioned and frumpy but it was clean and very close to public transportation and in walking distance to several bars. You pay for what you get. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Adequate through and through.

Staff at the reception has is lost when starting speak English to give right information about services. Not really beneficial if you want upgrade your stay for e.g sauna they ask you to take all of your stuff and change locker with different chip. Various saunas available.
R	Reza Hajipour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. COS IT IS THE WORST ONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD. unfriendly staff in information. Very small rooms. The worst bed I ever slept in my whole life. The mattress was sink and I during 5 nights stay at This Hotel everyday I asked them please change my mattress or bed, the answer was“we don’t have extra mattress or bed in Hotel“ i asked them ok but you can change my room at least, they said "all Hotel rooms are booked". But I saw with my eyes guests left their rooms in our floor and 2 days there were no new guests. If you wanna use swimming pool you have to pay for it and its like 10 euro for 1 and half hour. Funny part is jacuzzi is not part of swimming pool so you have to pay for gym and jacuzzi again to be able to use swimming pool with jacuzzi which cost you around 30 €. In restaurant there is no fruits at all but in Hotel photos there are nice photos of variations of breakfast. They don’t Turn toaster on when they don’t have enough guests regarding not to pay electricity. You can find nice hotels close to city center of Prague with the same price and don’t need to pay transportation which I found out very late.
V	Vasiljkovic Bane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended!!! The hotel is great! Modern, beautifully done and has it all! The hotel has a sports center where you can relax and have fun. The food is good, the kitchen is nicely organized, but every day the same food is on the menu (breakfast) ... The internet is also great!
C	Carel van Niekerk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only had a 1 night stay in the hotel. We loved that we had separate rooms for the parents and the children. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. If ever in Prague again we would stay here again. Only thing that was strange was that there was a string cigarette smoke smell downstairs in reception and bar area. Breakfast was buffet style and coffee was good.
