★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokoj čistý. Snídaně za 5* velký výběr ( párky, vajíčka, džusy, zelenina prostě pořádná snídaně ), bohužel večeře katastrofa. Kuchař se rozhodl vyměnit kvalitu za kvantitu. Jako půl ? s rýží k večeři nechceš ?. Pan vrchní profík. Výborná slivovice.
 Room clean. Breakfast for 5 * large selection (sausages, eggs, juices, vegetables just a good breakfast), unfortunately dinner disaster. The chef decided to exchange quality for quantity. As a half ? with rice for dinner you do not want ?. Mr. Chief Professional. Excellent plum brandy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi příjemný personál, , čistota, znamenitá kuchyně, plné talíře, dostatečně vybavené pokoje, klid a krásné výhledy do přírody. Miniakvapark v nedalekém hotelu jen třešničkou na dortu. V zimě raději auto 4x4 a nebo pro jistotu sněhové řetězy.
Very friendly staff,, cleanliness, excellent cuisine, full plates, well-equipped rooms, peace and beautiful views of nature. Mini-water park in a nearby hotel just the icing on the cake. In winter, I prefer a 4x4 or snow chains for safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from Slevomat.cz, our 3 nights in this hotel were a pretty good deal at 3990 CZK for two people. The room was spacious with a nice view of the mountains and a very powerful adjustable heating. We also had a dedicated bathroom which was pleasing. Food was very nice - both breakfast and dinner a free choice buffet, that never allowed us to leave hungry. Friendly staff and an adventurous location. Overall a beautiful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why one star? Well, I hope this tale is self explanatory.
On arrival, we were asked and more or less forced to pay, first thing even before seeing the room. The receptionist didn't speak English and though I generally can manage in Czech her discourse was incomprehensible. We paid.
The room given to us wasn't the room we booked, back to the reception.
There we are given more strangely incomprehensible talk (I usually get by) but it seemed we couldn't have what we booked.
We produce the printed voucher eliciting a burst of activity from the desk and, miracle, we got a room almost like the one we booked, on the second floor.
The whole second floor was drowned in a humming sound like you get in a boat near the machines. Basic decor, tending on drab. Beds like in a youth hostel in the 70's.
The hotel is a bit out of the way. So we decided to eat in there. Decided? Tried is the word. After more incomprehensible talk we where told we can go, but once in the restaurant fact is we couldn't.
Next morning though we had not finished breakfast the manager came to the table and asked us (surprise, in English) if we were finished (means when are you going to leave?).
We paid 2 nights, but left after one even though we intended to stay the week. Didn't even ask for the money back.
Honestly? Better totally avoided. Besides it is not as cheap as the above could suggest.
