★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only visited the restaurant. My friend's duck was good. I ordered some gnocchi and the waiter told me it was possible to make it without meat but his colleague in the kitchen forgot about it and added a lot of chicken to my plate (I am vegetarian). At the end my plate without meat was too small (couple of gnocchis with cream sauce) so I was leaving hungry. I told it to the waiter and he even didn't give us any discount and just said he will tell it next time to the chef. They also served me one of the worst hot wines I have ever drunk in my life which is a shame in a wine ? village. The temperature of the restaurant was a bit cold. The TV was on with a too high volume and Simpsons. The prices were quite high for the service and quality provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a nice stay here. The room (especially bathroom) is nicely refurbished, and the hotel restaurant had a good selection of tasty traditional Czech food options. We also appreciated the staff were flexible with our booking.
One star taken off due to limited advice available at reception about the local walking tracks or things to do in the area. Coffee at breakfast could be greatly improved with a better machine, or ideally a trained barista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant looks nice, fish we ordered was very good, but knedliček was not at all what it should be, it was just a pile of old pieces of bread cooked together and it looked real bad. Rice and potatoes were clearly salted after cooking and some vegetables tasted like they were fried on a scratched pan.
