★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for kids, worse for adults. You have to change your shoes on entrance. They charge you for services which should be for free or included in the room bill. The food was terrible, but they had plans for a new kitchen and staff. I believe it's much better now. Staff are usually polite but because the hotel is full of kids, they should be more polite. They should use words like "thank you" or "please" much often. Hotel is surrounded by playground which is great.
