Skvělá lázeňská péče, skvělý personál.

Byli jsme s manželem na 10 denním pobytu.Procedury skvělé a moc jsme si to užili. Krajina na procházky a relax perfektní. Moc bych chtěla poděkovat celému personálu hotelu za skvělí přístup k hostům. Moc se nám u Vás líbilo a zase jistě přijedeme. Děkujeme

Just beautiful place. Very nice hotel on great location.

This hotel is absoultely no 4 star hotel. We had a superior suite for 2 adults and 3 children. We pad 10.000 czk per day and had 2 normal beds and 3 very uncomfortable stretchers. The bathroom is extremely outdated. At least 30-40 years old. The shower is in the bath, nothing to prevent the bathroom from flooding. A few times absolutely brown water came from the tap and from the bath, even after we had used it already frequently. I am afraid that the pipes are very old in the hotel and rusty. When we told the reception lady there was a very cool and not-interested reaction. The reception lady was not friendly at all. You don’t feel like a paying customer, but you feel like somebody who must be grateful that he can stay at Priessnitz. It’s a state more than a hotel, more than a 4 star hotel. Although the prices are very commercial. The dinner buffet was a disappointment. Many bowls of unhealty food: Mostly meat ( often porc) in unhealthy fat and salty sauces, plenty of carbohydrates like potatoes, rice, knedliky. But hardly any vegetables. Just some cooked soft carrots and some raw peppers and tomatoes. But nothing nice and tasty to decorate your salad and make it an attractive salad. There is little information from the reception about the treatments amd how to prepare yourself for them. In advance it was a huge effort to get all the treatments planned. It took me 3 evenings of emailing and puzzling before I coordinated with the prodej procedury desk a programm for our family, initially all the treatments were planned during the ( very strict and limited) buffet hours. Which is very customer unfriendly. In hindsight we also discovered that apparently you have unlimited treatments included in your hotel fee. No body tells you or explains you anything. All in all an extremely expensive hotel, in old rooms, unhealty and cheap food and unfriendly personnel. You even have to pay for your little tea bag in the room: 15 czk per bag, although we paid 10.000czk per night……. The only thing that is nice is the fact that nowhere in the world you can finD this classis lazne culture and we really wanted to experience this culture.
