We booked the wellness ahead of time and once we got there we were asked to come another day. Also it is not as advertised, missing and broken items, we never got the commercial compensation and they stopped replying to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped to have a lunch in restaurant but the waitress behaved without interest and was even bored that we asked for menu! Really disappointed experience in Czechia. Wouldn’t recommend your place to anyone for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the bad idea to try the restaurant. After waiting 10 minutes nobody came to serve or ask what I wanted. I had to go inside and ask for a menu but i was told menu was on my table, that it wasnt. I had to go back and show the unpleasent lady that there was only the drink menu and she started to be upset. After 20 minutes I left without anyone checking if I wanted to order something. Nightmare! Learn some basic kindness and how to work in a restaurant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new room A3 indeed was a great room with nice view. Some minor things such as lack of shower curtain, no key labels weren’t a big deal for us but the fireworks at midnight and minimalistic breakfast(lack of selection and quality, broken coffee machine) was the turn off. Hope they can improve as it is a beautiful and fun place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks old and unpleasant from the outside, but once inside totally different. Rooms are comfortable if a bit basic but functional. Staff are friendly, but the best part is the spa with jacuzzi, sauna and pool you can hire private with champagne. The restaurant has a limited menu but decent quality and open late if want to drink into the night. I’d stay again without question.
