We were very disappointed.....no English channels on satellite tv, even though prior to booking they knew we were from Australia and asked about satellite tv. We were not shown the pool and sauna even though it was included in our booking price, as receptioniste said she would have to get back to us after speaking with her boss, and she never did. Breakfast was terrible...light breakfast only being yoghurt, rolls and jam. When asked whether they had the usual chese, cold meats, fruit etc of the usual Czech breakfasts, we were told no and when asked if they could toast bread for us, again they said no. This place calls itself a resort yet service and quality of food is not to this standard. The accommodation is modern, spacious, bright and clean, however this is very limited kitchen cooking equipment..no frypan or mixing bowls to prepare food. No tea towels to wash up cups. Service done on the room only half completed. You ned a car to stay here as it is quite isolated...one bus available. Restaurant prices are quite expensive also. We checked out and found another hotel in town with much superior service, excellent breakfast, English channels on tv and for a much cheaper price.
J	Jana Dlouha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say the food was amazing that is, once you got it. The service was terrible. 3 waitresses behind the bar, not attending, only talking amongst themselves. They seem to forget your order and/or forgetting your existence. They didn't smile at all. Shame, it would change the ambiance.
