★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent one night at the Hotel U Svabku as part of my trip across the Czech Republic.
The location was great for exploring the nearby town of Tachov and the area around the hotel was quite nice as well.
I had a large room on the second floor of the hotel with a view of the parking lot and field beside the property.
The room was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a short-term stay. The bed was comfortable and the desk was great for getting some work done.
Wifi worked well. Staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant at the hotel and I found the prices to be reasonable. I Recommend eating there as there isn’t anything else in the surrounding area.
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at the Hotel U Svabku. It’s a great little hotel, reasonably priced, and with comfortable rooms.

Yes this place is slightly pricier than some other roadside hotels, but it’s well worth it!
Comfy and clean rooms, nice touches like free water and coffee and a bar that has great beer.
