Hotel Rezidence Emmy

If you want to spoil your trip - choose this hotel. It's very terrible place. Very bad service, impolite staff, absence of hot water. During the breakfast waiter was tooking away the plates from under the nose 5 minutes before breakfast finish time ((((

Very bad experience, the mini bar was smelly and the fridge wasn't working. Clogged sink and bath tub. No hot water and no shawer curtin. Poor option in breakfast. Over priced bar....e.g. 1.5l of still water costs 100 czk....!!!! Rude waiter.

The beds were comfortable but the rooms were too hot; there is no air-conditioning. The bright morning sun is not stopped by the really thin curtains, so maybe ask for a room that overlooks the main road to avoid this (but then it could be hotter in the evenings). The decor is in need of a refresh. The WiFi functioned well enough. The showerhead has no wall mount, so you have to hold it up in the air while showering. Be careful though because there is a warning that flooding the room would cost you at least 250 euros. There were no easily accessible power sockets next to the beds. Breakfast was basic, but tasted ok. The staff start cleaning rooms far too early at around 8am with no concern about using vacuum cleaners or turning down their beeping radios. The nights were quiet in the rooms, but the hotel was not at capacity when I was there. The hotel rates itself as a four-star, but it is a three-star in my opinion. Getting into the city centre from here by public transport requires one bus and one metro journey. (Extra info: you can buy tickets on the bus or at machines in metro stations to cover your travels for 30 or 90 minutes, 24 hours or 3 days (bus drivers only sell the 90 minute type and charge 25% more); the time starts from when you insert it into the first ticket-reading machine (either on the bus/tram or upon entering a metro station). Important: you must validate your ticket on the first bus/tram by presenting it to the ticket-reading machine. There is a large fine if you are found on public transport with an unvalidated ticket. Children under 6 are free; discounts for 6-15 year olds)

Bathroom was bad, things are broken and taking a shower is not a threat.. . Very nice bed. Okay breakfast.. the building is ugly and the surrounding are is grey. Public transportation is okay so it's easy to get away from your hotel ;) four stars? yeah sure, or 15 or 30 numbers are subjective here

Nice hotel, however, a bit far out of town

Not a fancy but a very pleasant hotel. If you travel for work, this is a quite place, easy to access and the wood (for walk or run) is just 1min. Free breakfasts were awesome (except ☕ that was horrible)

Worst hotel ever. Cold water , old toilettes , bad breakfast and far away from center of city. This is my worst exprience ever.

The room was very clean, the breakfast though could have more variety every day
