Friendly nice staff, good.
Pretty dirty room. A lot of hairs on towels, blankets, pillows, sheets etc.
Dirty bathroom (towel - heater).
Dirty lamps
Deposit.
Payment only during check-in.
Very bad currency exchange rate instead of booking.com rate.
But not so bad. Nice hall. Nice place. Nice building.
