★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádherné prostředí, krásný wellness, skvělá obsluha, výborná hernička pro děti. Četl jsem si předchozí recenze a mohu konstatovat, že kuchyň je opravdu v klidu. Nečekejte žádnou mišelinskou hvězdu, ale dobře a chutně se najíte.
 Wonderful environment, beautiful wellness, great service, excellent playroom for children. I have read previous reviews and I can say that the kitchen is really quiet. Don't expect any Mišin star, but you will find yourself well and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenadchne, ale zároveň neurazí. Hotelu hodně napomáhá lokalita, kde se nachází. Jídlo a služby takový průměr, pokoje ale čisté a pohled z balkónu za to opravdu stojí! ? Při návštěvě Rusavy při výběru tohoto hotelu neprohloupíte.
It does not inspire, but at the same time it does not offend. The location of the hotel is very helpful. Food and service so average, the rooms but clean and the view from the balcony is really worth it! ? When visiting Rusava, you will not be fooled into choosing this hotel.

bohužel hostů bylo málo a tak se projevila úspora v podobě šetření na teple v pokoji. Toto by ale nebyla hlavní komplikace tohoto jinak celkem snaživého zařízení. Ceně cca 2000,- Kč, za dvoulůžkový pokoj by musela odpovídat kvalita snídaně. Ta je vyloženě ekonomická. Ochotu personálu v restauraci tu hodnotím naprosto tragicky, jedna otrávená starší paní, a k tomu brigádnice které by možná fungovaly, ale určitě to nepůjde pod takovým vedením.
Dále management hotelu by měl zvážit, jestli cenová politika služeb je dobře nastavena vzhledem kvalitě služeb hotelu. Zákazník by si měl odnášet úsměv z pohodového příjemného pobytu, což se nenaplnilo.
Držím palce do budoucna, a věřím že tento hotel by mohl být chloubou Hostýnských vrchů.

Unfortunately, there were few guests and so there was a saving in the form of heat savings in the room. However, this would not be the main complication of this otherwise quite strenuous device. The price of about 2000 CZK for a double room would have to match the quality of breakfast. It is purely economic. The willingness of the staff in the restaurant is evaluated tragically, one annoyed elderly lady, and part-time workers who might work, but it certainly will not work under such guidance.
Furthermore, the hotel management should consider whether the pricing policy of the services is well set due to the quality of hotel services. The customer should take a smile away from a relaxing stay, which did not materialize.
I keep my fingers crossed for the future, and I believe that this hotel could be the pride of the Hostýn Hills.
